Negative experience: I do not recommend wasting your time with this real estate agency; they only look out for themselves. You go to see an apartment and the owner is also there. After seeing it, you talk to the owner to see if you can adjust the price a bit since it's for long-term, and as soon as you mention the agreement, instead of saying no, the owner does it, the one who hasn’t spoken the entire time, a crook who is only interested in his commission, which 99% of the time is a full month’s rent. The guy didn’t care about his client (the owner) or the future tenant... I will never advise anyone to waste their time at that real estate agency.

Negative experience: Deadly, they are a bunch of sellouts. Everything seemed to be going well, they assured us that the rental was about to close but, out of nowhere, they stopped replying to our messages, even going as far as blocking our calls. They showed no empathy when we told them from the beginning that we were from the Canary Islands and had no way to move to Galicia in case of any unforeseen events. They left us out on the street five days before the course started. A terrible real estate agency, with horrible customer service and zero responsibility for rentals. Really, don't trust them, insist on signing the contract because if not, they will leave you out on the street (just like they did to us).

Fantastic experience: I ultimately did not purchase from them, but they were attentive to my process at all times. Ana, Juan, and Pedro are very helpful and ready for whatever you need.

Negative experience: They have no idea how to attend to customers, they are rude, grumpy, and lose their manners... they do not help to solve problems at all.

Negative experience: Beware of this real estate agency. They are scammers. They do not return the deposits. From the start, making the lease contract was problematic with them and the landlord. In the end, we had to rent the apartment urgently. It's a studio apartment on Avenida da Liberdade. They make a three-year contract, and we had to leave the apartment four months before the three years were up. The landlord, who was very rude by the way, charged us a compensation greater than the legal amount. In the end, we paid what is legally due. We left the apartment spotless. We have videos and photos because we anticipated this. Now they are not returning the €1000, using minimal excuses for supposed damages that are not real. Anyone who wants to see photos and videos, I have them. We are a hardworking couple with honest values. We have always rented and have never had issues. Everything was always very good. We will logically file a complaint. If anyone rents with this real estate agency, especially with this landlord of the apartment on Avenida da Liberdade, be careful, read the contract well, do not let yourselves be scammed, and be cautious with the deposit.

Negative experience: Be very careful with them, they do not return the deposits claiming damages that do not belong to you (such as humidity for example), they do not answer calls or messages when I try to find solutions, they have not even replied to the complaint, scammers.

Negative experience: DO NOT TURN TO THIS REAL ESTATE AGENT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. My review will be long, but it's worth reading if you are thinking of putting yourselves in the hands of these people. They rented an apartment to my partner and from the beginning, there were problems. To start with, there are several abusive clauses in the contract they offer (take a good look if you are going to sign something with them; we are lucky to have people in the family who have studied law and who could review it in time). When we mentioned it to them, they had no objections to removing those clauses; so far, so good. The problem started on the day of the actual move. During the previous visits to rent it, they assured my partner that they would send someone to clean it properly. Well, we arrived there and found dirt everywhere: accumulated dust, the floor in a disaster, and the bathroom in conditions I prefer not to delve into; I think I say it all by mentioning there was even DOG POOP scattered across the living room (there are videos and also photos that prove it). As soon as my partner raised the alarm, they rushed to blame the landlord, claiming he assured them that he himself would take care of cleaning it. What was their solution? To send a cleaning staff for a pathetic two hours. In an apartment consisting of a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and bedroom in separate rooms, two hours is not enough to clean anything properly; especially considering the amount of dirt there was. In summary: my partner had to scrub and clean other people's grime when it was not their responsibility nor should they have had to. A week later, they encountered several more problems: among them, that the shower pressure was nil, and that the water either came out boiling hot or freezing cold; also, the fridge sometimes stopped working or directly froze food, which is extremely dangerous given the times we're in as it could lead to food poisoning (thankfully that didn’t happen; otherwise, a complaint would have been filed). In short, a disaster. Once again, they had to insist and insist to get a response because these people washed their hands of it with the excuse that it was the landlord’s problem; they even had the nerve to respond with displeasure every time they called to complain. As of today, the only thing fixed is the pressure issue; the fridge still works as it pleases, making milk go sour or meat rot, so good luck to whoever ends up with it because THEY will not lift a finger to solve it. And mind you, this doesn’t end here. Naturally, my partner plans to leave the apartment due to the conditions it is in and because they want nothing to do with these people. Well, today, when specifying the exact day they intended to leave (July 5), they had the audacity to tell him that if he didn’t leave before the 3rd, the landlord would charge him the humble amount of ONE HUNDRED EUROS. Where in the contract does it state that? Nowhere. Isn’t that a demand from the landlord and do they just want to line their pockets? We don’t rule it out. We will leave on the 3rd with a clear conscience, fully understanding that we will never do business of any kind with these people again. Oh, by the way, they also assured my partner that upon depositing his security deposit with the Housing Institute, he would receive a receipt; that receipt has still not appeared, so we don’t know where more than 400€ of the deposit has gone. The entire process has been exhausting, so neither my partner nor I wanted to stir things up further because we just want to get out of there, but, in any case, a piece of advice for the future: DEMAND THAT THEY SHOW IT TO YOU, IT IS ILLEGAL NOT TO DEPOSIT IT. Negative experience: Pésima experiencia con esta inmobiliaria. He alquilado piso como estudiante durante seis años con otras inmobiliarias y nunca he tenido estos problemas. Cuando entramos al piso estaba muy sucio, con sartenes con aceite, el congelador lleno de agua, en los espejos se podía escribir de lo sucios que estaban, colillas de cigarros en la ventana, el suelo sin barrer, te quedabas pegado a cualquier mueble que tocaras… Tuvimos que ir a dormir a un hotel la primera noche estando pagando ya el alquiler del piso. Al día siguiente se dignaron a contratar a una persona para que limpiara pero la respuesta de la inmobiliaria en todo momento fueron poner excusas baratas y malas formas, con exceso de chulería. Para otros temas con los que tuvimos que contactar con la inmobiliaria hubo pocas soluciones y malas formas, para variar. Como estaba claro ibamos a tener problemas también al finalizar el alquiler y es que nos quitaron de la fianza 55€ supuestamente porque tenían que contratar a alguien para que limpiara el piso cuando a nosotras nos lo dieron sucio y en el contrato no ponía en ningún sitio que la limpieza debíamos pagarla nosotras. Muy descontenta con el trato, no la recomiendo para nada.

Negative experience: Mal no, lo siguiente. Quedé para que me enseñaran un piso en Santiago un día al mediodía. No apareció nadie, ni me llamaron avisándome que no podían o la razón que fuese, y yo me había desplazado a propósito muchos kms. Al llamarles ni me cogieron el tfno,...un desastre.

Negative experience: Desde el principio hubo problemas, sobretodo debido a la falta de profesionalidad. Se nos aseguró que el piso se nos daría completamente limpio (supuestamente había sido limpiado por una empresa) y para nada fue así. El piso estaba lleno de muebles destartalados, colchones con sangre, cajones rotos "arreglados" con cinta aislante, colchones sucios debajo de las camas, el techo de una habitación estaba hundido, el frigorífico no funcionaba, tuberías en la terraza, etc. Al llegar al piso el primer día estaba dentro el hijo de la casera bebiendo cervezas y "arreglando muebles" por lo que ya tuvimos que esperar una semana más para poder ir. A lo largo del año nos pasó de todo, nos cortaron la luz por deudas que tenía la casera, había humedad por todas partes, las ventanas no aislaban absolutamente nada, etc. Al acabar el contrato no nos querían devolver la fianza, y en la inmobiliaria, como sucedió durante todo el año, se desentendieron totalmente diciendo que eran cosas de la casera. Hasta finales de agosto no nos la devolvieron, quitándonos 80 euros sin presentar ninguna factura que justificase ese dinero. En la inmobiliaria con cada problema que teníamos se desentendían totalmente y siempre acusaban a la casera. Las dos personas que trabajan en la inmobiliaria y con las que hablamos sabían perfectamente como era esa casera porque lleva haciendo esto, según ellos, muchos años, y yo me pregunto, ¿por qué si siempre hay problemas con este piso y con esta señora, no dejáis de trabajar con ella? Pues la respuesta es una falta de ética profesional enorme.

Negative experience: Eu evitaría a toda costa esta inmobiliaria.Ocultan informaciòn como pode ser pagar todos os meses unha cuota de obras, o que no meu caso implica desembolsar todos os meses unha cantidade importante a maiores da comunidade. Ademais non fan ningún trámite por ti que no resto das inmobiliarias si realizan.En resume, grandes estafadores.

Negative experience: Habíamos quedado en ir por la tarde, me prometieron ser la primera en ver el piso, unas chicas se colaron y encima, a pesar de dejarle dicho que lo iba a alquilar, se lo alquila una hora después a estas mismas, una vergüenza y una pérdida de tiempo

Negative experience: Una falta de compromiso total. Nos dijeron que íbamos a ser los primeros en ver el piso. Después de verlo dijimos que estábamos interesados y la propietaria nos garantizó que no habría más visitas hasta pasado el finde semana. 2 horas más tarde fuimos a firmar el contrato y el piso ya estaba alquilado. Muy disgustados.

Negative experience: Todo muy bien cuando nos enseñaron el piso y cuando firmamos pero la cosa cambió cuando llegaron averías. La más destacable fue la de problemas con el agua (no había agua caliente) y la calefacción que no la podíamos poner porque no arrancaba la caldera y después de reiteradas veces avisando de esto recibí malas contestaciones . Otro aspecto a destacar es el trato diferencial entre mi pareja y yo, cuando el llamaba se le hacía "mas caso" que cuando lo hacía yo siendo las mismas cuestiones. Después de avisar que nos ibamos dijeron que harían los trámites para que no nos llegaran más facturas y no lo hicieron y paso un mes donde nos estuvieron llegando facturas del piso y tuvimos que avisar. Ya por último el tema de la fianza, lo mejor es sacar fotos del piso porque sino te empiezan a restar por todo y tardan en darla.

Negative experience: Non a recomendo para nada, pouco profesionais: quedan en chamarte e logo non o fan, quitan os anuncios cando xa quedaran contigo en que che ían a ensinar o piso e logo non collen o teléfono. Unha basura. Atendeume unha rapaza especialmente maleducada. Pésimo servizo.

Negative experience: Muy insatisfecha, llevo 3 semanas intentando contactar con ellos y ni me han atendido a los correos, ni a las llamadas, ni a los mensajes de WhatsApp, a sabiendas de que los han visto, ni acudiendo a su lugar de trabajo. Ha sido un servicio nefasto.

Negative experience: TRATO PÉSIMO. Mucha prisa para coger el dinero pero luego cuando se trata de devolver la fianza no la devuelven, no hacen nada por el cliente. Lamentable que existan personas así.

Negative experience: No son nada serios con los clientes y mucho menos responsables, tanto de sus actos como de las repercusiones que puede acarrear que un cliente se desplace hasta santiago. Me han hecho perder mi tiempo y el dinero del tranaporte 2 veces.

Fantastic experience: Llevo varios años con ellos. Además de ser muy buena gente, son muy profesionales. Buscan hacerte las cosas lo más fácil posible y el trato siempre es muy cercano. Yo la recomiendo.
