We rented an apartment and handed over the money with a signed paper in her handwriting (it seems that this practice and the cash payment without an invoice and with a signed note from her is common, you just need to read more reviews...). The paper shows the delivery of 3 months, after more than two months asking for an official document, she sends us one with her stamp where only 2 months appear. Luckily, we have her paper on hand and it's now with the court, along with the corresponding complaint. Real estate NADA NADA Recommendable, THEY ONLY KNOW HOW TO MAKE TRICKS AND Lies AFTER Lies... Bordering on illegality in most operations (when they are not crossing it). Dear Katia, rest assured that I will recover the stolen and scammed money.... See you in court..... Watch out for them.

They refuse to take note of your details to notify you if something that meets your request arises, the excuse is 'there are many of you looking'. Negative experience: Huid. The worst real estate agency in Santiago. How we casually bought an apartment through them to renovate and rent, we entrusted it exclusively to them for leasing. They tell us that their management corresponds to one month of rent, of course verbally, and ask if we want an invoice. We say yes, of course, everything legal as it should be. In two days the apartment is rented and they send us an invoice for their management with the rental amount we discussed and a 21% increase in VAT because they declare it, but if I pay them in cash, they neither declare it nor anything. What a bunch of crooks.

Negative experience: Totalmente nefastos. Si no hay problemas con los inquilinos todo correcto pero al mínimo problema se desentienden totalmente del tema. En nuestro caso no se la recomiendo a nadie, nos sentimos totalmente estafados, engañados y el trato pésimo. Nos cobraron por las gestiones y las tuvimos que realizar nosotros. Ninguna profesionalidad, si queréis estar tranquilos con la gestión de vuestro alquiler/venta buscad una agencia competente porque esta deja mucho que desear...

Conocen perfectamente las necesidades tanto de compradores como de vendedores (en nuestro caso fue venta de un inmueble) y se ocupan de todo en tiempo récord. Veníamos decepcionadísimos de una agencia internacional y la Inmobiliaria Rey hizo en menos de un mes lo que no hizo la anterior en un año. Cualquier gestión que necesitemos en el futuro, será con ellos, sin ninguna duda.

Negative experience: Deplorables!!! Se desentienden de todo, si el inquilino no paga... es tu problema, no dan explicaciones por nada y no se responsabilizan de su trabajo.

Negative experience: Mi experiencia son dos visitas en las que el trato fue completamemte diferente. La primera, 20 de julio, la empleada fue muy amable. Nos atendió estupendamente y nos enseñó fotos con pisos de las características que buscábamos. Para verlos quedamos el 26 de julio. Y es ese día cuando las tornas cambian. Cuando llegamos, ella estaba en otra habitación del local y en su mesa estaba un señor. Aparentemente, no había buen rollito entre ellos. Ella pasó de atendernos. Hasta de saludarnos. Y le dijo a este hombre que ya había estado con nosotros HORA Y MEDIA!!! MENTIRA. Y aunque asi fuese, es su trabajo. Asi que salimos del local y después de esperar un rato en la acera, nos enseñó un piso otro empleado muy correcto. Conclusión: si podéis, evitad esta inmobiliaria. No se trata asi a la gente. Y asociar piso de estudiantes a basura no está bien. Afortunadamente ya tenemos piso. Eso sí, de un particular encantador.

Negative experience: Pasotismo elevado al cubo. Contacté con ellos para que me informaran por un piso para comprar y ni me han contestado. Gestionan el alquiler de un piso donde las inquilinas (estudiantes,como no) se largaron el dia de nochebuena y se van cerrando la llave de paso del agua de todo el edificio. Esto en domingo. Nochebuena sin agua ni calefacción. Se contacta con esta inmobiliaria, el 26 para que llamen a las inquilinas (3) o con el propietario. Pues ni una cosa ni la otra. Tuvimos los vecinos que mover la llave de paso con una cuerda desde otro piso. Cuando pillamos por banda a las Chavalas nos dicen que nadie de la inmobiliaria contactó con ellos. Unas joyas

Negative experience: La peor inmobiliaria que te puedas encontrar, trato nefasto, sobre todo hacia estudiantes, no se ocupan de su propio trabajo y nisiquiera por enseñarte un piso ellos mismos. A los que leáis esto, os recomiendo Fonseca o Quatrium, no hay comparación .
