They treated us very well and after the contract, they helped us a lot since we didn't speak Spanish; he called to connect the water and electricity and even went with us to the water office. Negative experience: I had never seen such an unprofessional and unserious real estate agency. My husband and I were interested in a rental apartment in Coll Fava, and Robert, the agent who assisted us, kept delaying our visit, saying it was not possible yet. Today, he sent us a message saying he rented the apartment to someone who didn't even visit it, unbelievable, if it is true. He didn't even give us the chance to see it; how can one work like this? Now they are renting virtually, which is really unethical. It would be good if they don't get paid rent later; working like this and renting out apartments hastily, they are sure to end up in trouble one day. They are unacceptable; we totally advise against this agency. If you have something to rent or sell, it's better to look for a more serious and, above all, more ethical one.

Negative experience: Intenté comprar un piso con ellos pero la gestión fue bastante nefasta. Una vez acordamos un precio, con los honorarios incluidos y todo por escrito, en el momento de hacer la reserva dijeron que tenia que pagar los honorarios aparte y que lo acordado anteriormente no tenía valor alguno. Creo que tratandos de una compraventa de piso y la cantidad de dinero comprometida no trabajaron de una forma suficientemente seria. No lo recomiendo.

Fantastic experience: Estoy MUY contento con el trato recibido con esta Inmobiliaria. Llevaba tiempo intentando vender mi piso por mi cuenta y no salía. Había decidido darlo a otra empresa cuando una comercial de esta inmobiliaria visitó mi piso (con una clienta) y me fue claro que quería trabajar con ellos. MUY profesionales, muy directos: no engañan el vendedor con promesas falsas, te dicen la verdad (nada de “si, ponemos tu precio que seguro lo vendemos rápido”, son muy sinceros si tu precio no es el adecuado). La María va muy por feina, mi pragmatica. Además, nuestra venta a pocos días de la firma notarial tuvo un problema bastante importante y nada más lejos de desaparecer (ya habían cobrado) estuvieron a pie de cañón trabajando sin parar para resolver el problema (que no dependía de ellos). En fin, para mi muy recomendables, María (la comercial) y Joaquim, un 10. P.S: Se los aconsejé a mis vecinos que querían vender su piso… y misma experiencia positiva (en los dos casos los pisos se vendieron en las primeras dos visitas).
