Negative experience: A traumatic experience. We were looking for an apartment in the summer of 2020 during the pandemic and while pregnant, and we found broken promises and lies that resulted in them pocketing 15,000 euros more than they were entitled to, since they had already collected all the agreed commissions. It's curious that in a three-party operation, all parties tried to extract more money than was initially agreed upon; this was not an isolated case. And that from the judicial sphere they have said of this company that their conduct is 'unethical' (I have the ruling, it can be shown if the owner denies the facts) says a lot about their way of proceeding. Let's see if this time they stop writing to Google to have my review removed, because what I am saying is true. And stop 'wishing the best for my family' because they tried to harm us with lies.

Negative experience: I do not recommend the real estate agency as we have had many problems with them, particularly noteworthy is Jordi's lack of professionalism. After spending a month negotiating the deposit contract, waiting to be called to choose the kitchens, and investing a lot of time, they were unable to get the owner to sign the deposit contract as required by law. In our opinion, this should have been discussed with the owner before putting it up for sale and not kept us waiting for a month without knowing what was going on. Our main complaint has been about the treatment received from Jordi, who hung up the phone on several occasions for not wanting to give us explanations and ignored several messages regarding this, and then confronted us about it when we went to the office to talk. On the other hand, Ignasi has been a great professional from the day he showed us the house until the management of the dissolution of the reservation. It's a pity we didn't have more interaction with him.
