Negative experience: 5☆?. If you are a tenant and are being attended by Domingo, at least from my experience several years ago in a rental apartment managed by him, certainly yes, his treatment could not have been better. However, if you are a landlord and things get ugly with the tenants, YOU'RE ON YOUR OWN!!!! The following is a case I have full knowledge of and it hits close to home. Just yesterday, it was supposed that the tenant with an eviction demand filed by the lawyer of this real estate company but which has not yet been executed, would finally 'voluntarily' hand over the keys, but no way!!!!, fourth excuse of the year (there is no light in the new apartment, yesterday was a delay in signing, earlier they said they wouldn't leave until finding another place, tomorrow it's about a big toe, and so on). In this sense, little to no empathy from the real estate agency towards both affected landlords and zero initiative to pressure, as much as possible and always with respect, the tenant who today says one thing and tomorrow another regarding returning the keys, in addition to the expected updates to at least keep them informed of the situation (they have been the ones who have reached out repeatedly to know the 'progress' of the case). In short, keep the above in mind, hopeful landlords wishing to rent your property, inform yourselves well about whom you leave the management to and who you let in, save yourselves the tears. In conclusion, right now and based on all the above, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

Úrsula desde el año 2007 con la mayor eficiencia que se le puede pedir a unos agentes inmobiliarios. No puedo tener queja de ellos en todos esos años, todo lo contrario destacar su atención , su profesionalidad y su amabilidad en el trato tanto para nosotros como para los clientes. Al final decidí vender el piso , que era difícil por su calificación de protección oficial, y en tiempo récord han encontrado comprador y se han preocupado de toda la tramitación de permisos con la Consejeria de Vivienda. Años después, ellos mismos han gestionado tanto el alquiler como la posterior venta de dicho piso y todo fue muy satisfactorio. Mantienen el personal a través de los años, lo cual da la tranquilidad de tratar con la misma persona, que conoce perfectamente la situación. Fuer kleiner Probleme (Wasserdruck, Geschirrspueler) gibt es einen technischen Dienst, der schnellstmoeglich alles regelt. Super Service und gute Erreichbarkeit.
