Fantastic experience: Quiero comentar para aquellas personas que busquen asesoramiento y empresa para vender su piso, casa o apartamento...NO LO PIENSEN MÁS, esta es su inmobiliaria. Desde el primer momento que contactamos con ellos para la venta de nuestro piso, su implicación, su interés y profesionalidad fue lo principal. Incluso el comprador con problemas para obtener hipoteca ha tenido de ellos su acompañamiento en todo momento hasta conseguirla. Después de leer alguna reseña, me molesta que la gente sólo hable de lo mal que les ha ido a ellos. La verdad es que son grandes profesionales, yo agradezco a Maite y Angi su profesionalidad y cordialidad, también a José su jefe que en todo momento han ayudado para que se pudiera ejecutar la venta. Al que haya llegado hasta aquí leyendo sólo decirle que confíen plenamente en ellas y él; que no les decepcionarán. Suerte con la venta de sus propiedades están en buenas manos.

Negative experience: Alquilé un piso varias veces con ellos en Barcelona. Con el último inquilino tuve el problema que se acabó el contrato y se quedaron de ocupas con dos niñas pequeñas. Esta inmobiliaria se desentendió diciendo que me buscase un abogado (cuando una asesora me dijo que le estaba buscando piso a mi "inquilina", a ella sí le solucionaban el problema) y ahora que he conseguido echarlos, me encuentro con que "estos profesionales" no hicieron fotos del piso al alquilarlo para contrastarlo con como me lo han dejado y poder poner una denuncia. (si hago yo las fotos se entiende que no hay objetividad, mejor el testimonio de un tercero). Ahora que me llamen y me digan que tienen clientes

Negative experience: Para no repetir ... seleccionas un piso para verlo y al llegar a la visita resulta ser otro que tu no habías elegido en la plataforma de pisos. Ves el piso por no hacer el feo, el piso horrible, para tirar entero y piden una barbaridad. Al acabar la visita le mandamos un whatsapp con el piso que realmente creíamos que íbamos a ver y nos dice que ya esta vendido ... vamos ... para no repetir.
