Negative experience: The after-sales service leaves much to be desired, they do not take responsibility for the dampness that has appeared in the storage rooms as well as for other damages.

Negative experience: Shameful and unacceptable, Pablo. They sent us a video of an apartment for rent. We are students. We arranged to see it this afternoon, July 3, and sign the rental contract and pay the deposit. After traveling 96 km, we found out that they do not show us the apartment, they present us with a contract - with a signing date of 1/9 - for rent with an option to buy - it says we are responsible for costs like plumbing, locks... - that in the end they discount us 100 € for cleaning - and that we have to return it as they are giving it to us (without seeing it today 3/7 and without knowing how they will deliver it to us on 1/9). They tell us it’s a standard contract and that nothing changes now or ever. I express my discontent with the mockery and lack of seriousness of this company. Unacceptable.

Negative experience: We bought a new construction apartment from them in San Vicente. Supposedly of top quality. Four years after the purchase, we are facing hidden defects. The developer is NOT taking responsibility, and the neighbors are forced to claim through legal means. We are not happy with the after-sales service.

Fantastic experience: During my 6 years in the real estate market at Costa Blanca i have met and seen many different promotions. The quality, the service and information they give during the whole process and i can only recommend Arquitectura Directa. They have been great from start and shown a highly professional attitude the whole time.
