Negative experience: Terrible service. We were scheduled to sign the contract at the real estate agency and a young man attended us who had no respect at all. To begin with, I asked him if we could pay the proportional part of the month (we were moving in on the 11th) and he said no without hesitation, when it wasn't an issue for him to decide. Then the landlord arrived and accepted the proposal without any problem. To calculate it (it was a simple rule of three), he had to call someone and have them explain it to him. Next, we had to pay in cash, which we forgot, so we didn't have the money with us. The boy's response when we mentioned it was: 'we're starting off well'. A great lack of professionalism and courtesy. It seems he forgot that tenants are also his clients and we are paying him as well... He didn't even thank us.

Negative experience: Terrible service received from Arón (owner or employee of the real estate agency). After making several calls inquiring about an apartment and not receiving a reply (I was in urgent need of renting the property), he contacted me and provided a mobile phone number to send a WhatsApp indicating the property I was interested in, as supposedly Arón was at the notary's office and would reach out to me after leaving. After two days passed without receiving any message from INMOSOLUCIONES 5 (he ignores me), I wrote again (Saturday) requesting information and a visit to the property. This time, he responded saying they would contact me on Monday. On Monday, I received no news from the real estate agency (he ignores me again). Since I urgently needed to rent a property, I wrote to Arón again on Tuesday, and he told me they were organizing visits for Wednesday. I insisted on my need and asked if I could please visit it on Tuesday instead; I received a negative response and was scheduled for Wednesday. I took time off work and rearranged my schedule to attend, and minutes before my appointment, he informed me that there had been an earlier visit and they had reserved the property I was interested in. It is logical that if someone visits the property and likes it, they will reserve it. What is not logical is the lack of attention, professionalism, formality, and indifference shown. Obviously, I would never consider INMOSOLUCIONES 5 as my first choice.

Some properties lacked the features that had been promised to us, leading us to waste valuable time visiting places that did not meet our expectations. Negative experience: I find it unfortunate that 10 minutes before our reservation to see the apartment, it was cancelled because the previous appointment had already reserved it. They should allow more time between appointments knowing that this is an apartment for students and clients come from far away to see the place. On the other hand, at no time did they apologize for their lack of organization and flexibility with us; they just kept making excuses to try to justify themselves without apologizing for their poor service and lack of professionalism.
