Positive experience: Buen servicio, eficaces y resolutivos

Negative experience: Imposible tener una peor experiencia. La empresa menos profesional con la que he tenido el disgusto de tratar. Se aprovechan descaradamente de la situación de sus clientes, tanto compradores como vendedores para realizar operaciones en las cuales ambos resultan en algún punto engañados. Su mayor argumento de venta es bajar hasta límites ridículos el precio de los inmuebles, presionándome como vendedor y aprovechándose de mi situación. Y me consta que de igual manera hacen con el comprador. Llegando incluso a recomendar prácticas no legales en cuanto a aspectos financieros que te meten en problemas con la agencia tributaria. Maltratan el inmueble mientras está en su custodia, provocándole daños, rompiendo cosas, y haciendo que su precio sea cada vez más bajo, sacando ellos beneficio rápido con el menor esfuerzo y sin pensar en absoluto en sus clientes. CHARLATANES. Quieren cobrar sin factura. Y en suma, toda la operación toma un aspecto opaco que hace desconfiar en cada paso. Llegando al insulto cuando son cuestionados o piensan que van a perder la operación. Muchas de las reseñas que hay aquí, son hechas por el personal que trabaja y comisiona con ellos. Incluso aquí engañan.
