Fantastic experience: Very good experience, everything correct and easy. Patricia is very attentive and professional.

Negative experience: I have been renting a flat from them during the 23/24 academic year and I am not satisfied with the service. They have acted more as defenders of the landlord's interests over ours rather than mediators between the landlord and tenants. We have not received any support from them to change some faulty appliances. The last straw was when, after cleaning the flat for two afternoons before leaving, the landlord charged us 94 euros (I clarify that the landlord keeps the money, not them) from the deposit for cleaning because we didn’t sweep behind the fridge (literal words) and because the oven and the extractor were a bit dirty (an oven that must be at least 30 years old, and everyone knows it’s impossible, no matter how much you clean, to leave it like new). We were willing to pay for the cleaning we neglected, but the price was completely disproportionate. After telling them, they threatened to charge us more if we did not accept paying that amount. We told them that we left the flat in a better state of cleanliness than when we moved in, and they said that if the state of the flat was not optimal when we entered, for example, if there was dirt under the fridge when we moved, we should have complained, that it was our fault. In what house is there not a bit of dust or a crumb of bread underneath the fridge? We couldn’t believe what they were telling us. They have excused themselves by simply acting as intermediaries between us and the landlord, and they did not defend us when the cleaning price was clearly abusive (and we also pay for the real estate services, a monthly rental fee at the beginning of the course). We are not the only ones who experienced this; I hope our experience helps prevent others from going through the same in the future.

Negative experience: Don't rent with this real estate agency, they are useless, very unprofessional and slow as can be. When it came time to return the deposit, they RETURNED LESS and when you call them, they don't even answer to explain why, they play dumb. During the course period, they took advantage of the fact that it was difficult to find the last roommate (whom they were supposed to find, spoiler: they didn't) and when we found someone ourselves, they charged the "real estate management" fee again, which had already been fully paid at the beginning of the course, even though they did absolutely nothing. When returning the deposit, they took away €190 without justifying anything! You call them and they don't answer, no responses to messages either. They can reply whatever they want, but they have no professionalism and take advantage of consumers. That said, a very nice office, with the money they charge for "doing their job" worse than an intern. I repeat, don’t waste your time and money with them, it's not worth it at all.

Fantastic experience: I rented a student apartment with them and everything went great. They have cared from start to finish at all times. I recommend them.

Negative experience: There is no noticeable commitment, many times we have to ask for explanations of invoices and they take a long time to resolve issues, poor management and poor quality.

Negative experience: Terrible experience with this real estate agency. After visiting the apartment in July of last year (2022), which had many defects such as broken blinds, torn sockets, and a broken toilet cistern, we were told that in September, when the course started, everything would be fixed and clean, which is a lie. The house was dirtier than ever and all the defects were not fixed. During the 10 months of the contract, we had to chase them to fix the things that should have been repaired on the first day, although it seems they took us for fools and 4 out of 7 broken blinds were fixed a month before the contract ended after insisting, insisting, and more insisting. Furthermore, they had to do some work in the apartment, so they kept the keys with our permission to go during X days, and what was our surprise that they entered whenever they wanted while we were already there. I would like to highlight that we had to clean up after the work, and at no time was it mentioned that someone would be sent to clean, which is logical since we should not have to clean anything. The worst of all is that aside from mocking us as they pleased, they kept 60 euros from our deposit for cleaning, when the contract specified that money would be deducted if the apartment was not in good condition, which is something they should be grateful for since the apartment was left much cleaner than we found it, and of course, it was not thanks to them. If you don't want to feel mocked and deceived, I recommend not engaging with this real estate agency. They have shown us very little professionalism, as aside from all that has been mentioned earlier, we have tried to contact them to claim our money and either they blamed the owner (if an owner is a disaster, as a real estate agency, you should not work with such people or at least take responsibility for everything) or directly, on some occasions, they did not even respond. In short, the worst experience without a doubt in my 6 years of renting.

Negative experience: One star and because I can't give less. If you are thinking of renting a student apartment with this real estate agency, don't do it. Our agent has been anything but professional, she doesn't respond to messages and ignored our requests or problems with the apartment. Finally, they returned the deposit with a month of delay (after insisting almost every day during this time), she told us it would be the full amount and it wasn't, and she hasn't given us any explanations or reasons for why this was done.

Negative experience: NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!!!!!! They ignore everything. At 10 am I called for information about an apartment I was very interested in and wanted to visit. I was told that a colleague was handling it and would call me. The next day at 10 am I called back because nobody remembered me. A girl told me that they would call me. As of today, I am still waiting.

If you are thinking about renting a student apartment with this real estate agency, don't do it, our agent has been anything but professional, she doesn’t respond to messages and ignored our requests or problems in the apartment (we had to talk to the landlord). On top of that, she talks over you and is unpunctual. Finally, they returned the deposit with a month of delay (after insisting). I haven't mentioned anything about payments, I’m talking about professionalism and as stated in the contract, the deposit money should be transferred within 15 days. It exceeded those days. I emphasize, I haven't talked about discounting the deposit money.

Negative experience: Una estrella y porque no me deja poner menos. Muy incompetentes y poco profesionales. Les dices que te interesa un piso, les dejas tus datos, te dicen que ya te llamarán y nunca te vuelven a llamar, se lo reservan a otra persona. NO ALQUILÉIS CON ELLOS.

Negative experience: Fuimos a preguntar para comprar una vivienda. Les dijimos lo que estábamos buscando y nos dijeron que no tenían nada de esas características (mentira porque hemos visto varios anuncios en internet). Aún así nos interesamos en una para verla y quedamos con la chica en que nos iba a llamar para concertar la visita. Todavía estamos esperando la llamada, ha pasado más de un mes.

Negative experience: En Octubre o Noviembre me acerque a esta inmobiliaria para q me buscara 7n piso para mi madre, le di las condiciones q quería q tuviera el pido. Le dejé mi teléfono para qe buscará alguno para poder ir a visitarlo, bueno.. pasa dod semanas más o menos y me acerco otra vez por qué no tengo noticias, y me dice la chica q está en la mesa , al entrar a la derc6, q se le había pasado. Me coge otra vez los datos y a fecha de hoy , 22 de junio, aún estoy esperando. Son muy pocos profesionales.

De primeras llaman después de 2 meses de darles aviso para ver una casa...semanas mas tarde quedamos para ver otra un sábado y me dejan plantado, no aparecen y ya pasada la hora de la visita llaman y te dicen que se les ha olvidado avisar que ya estaba reservada, por un compañero de la inmobiliaria ! Cero profesionalidad...

Negative experience: Patéticos y poco profesionales. Me vendieron un piso sin conocer las condiciones de la tuberías y el estado del mismo. Al mes de comprarlo, me he encontrado con fugas de agua, cisternas que pierden agua y facturas de agua desorbitadas. Muy descontenta con el trato y con las formas de haber tramitado las gestiones. Se han desentendido completamente de todo una vez que han conseguido vender. Se merecen una denuncia como la copa de un pino.

Negative experience: Pocas veces he visto una inmobiliaria tan mal gestionada como esta. Fuimos a buscar un alquiler y nada mas entrar a la inmobiliaria, vemos a un empleado "intentando" hablar ingles con un cliente y de verdad que daba vergüenza, pobre cliente. La atencion que recibimos por parte de la empleada patricia fue lamentable y se noto que solo buscaba encasquetarnos una vivienda para cobrar sus honorarios.
