Negative experience: I have been waiting for several weeks for information about a property, and they keep stalling me and don't answer the phone. Apparently, they are not the best professionals in the sector and they show a significant lack of enthusiasm.

Negative experience: We had agreed on a visit to see a country house, which was canceled. Today we had arranged again, and 20 minutes before, after traveling the 80 kilometers to come with our one-year-old baby (we informed that we were coming with a small child, in case we were delayed a few minutes), they canceled the appointment again. Supposedly, the owner has gone to the hospital (on both occasions), but looking at the reviews, we doubt that this is the case. Total lack of professionalism.

Negative experience: Real estate horror, it's shameful. Irresponsible, disrespectful, professionalism 0.

Negative experience: I had an appointment to do 4 house visits for a purchase and they never showed up even though everything had been confirmed days in advance. Avoid this agency, it's a shame for the owners who entrusted their properties to them!

Negative experience: REGRETTABLE. We had to cancel a down payment contract because we were misinformed (they told us it was urban land and it turned out to be rural, as confirmed by the Urban Planning department of the Hon. Alicante City Council) and when the owner of the property came to return my €3,000 without any problem, Alvaro returned €2,400 to me claiming that the missing €600 were for management fees. I obviously refused, he could not justify in any way what that management was, since all he did was provide us with the simple note - which is his obligation - and misinform us about the classification of the property we were interested in. That was all his great management. In the end, when I got serious, he agreed to return me all the money. Meanwhile, his colleague Francisco - who told me over the phone that they would return the money without a problem - was there witnessing everything in the office and acting clueless. What a setup and attempt at robbery. Be careful with these people and their professionalism...

Negative experience: Unprofessional, they made me waste an afternoon and travel 50 km for nothing. They didn't show me the agreed farms and then acted like nothing happened. They keep giving you the runaround and ignore you.

Negative experience: The worst rated real estate agency in San Vicente, and it has plenty of reasons... Quite the opposite of what is expected from 'professionals' in the field.

Negative experience: Quedamos por teléfono a las 5, en un número de una calle (primero le tenía que preguntar al dueño ). Acababa de salir el anuncio y fue la primera cita. El agente inmobiliario no se presentó. Mientras nos íbamos, le hago una llamada para ver que pasó y recibe la llamada, ignorandola, el mismo , que estaba en otro numero más alejado de nuestra cita. Con otras personas a las que les había enseñado el piso y ya decidieron quedárselo. A mi ni me lo enseñó. El piso en cuestión solo tenía una foto hecha desde otro piso a la piscina, porque no era la misma calle. No me quiso decir ni la planta. Leyendo otra reseña veo que podría ser que enseñen otro piso diferente.

Negative experience: Llamé interesada por un piso y el chico que me atendió me pidió mi nombre y me dijo que luego me llamaría. Sin más explicaciones ni nada. Pues bien.. no se ha molestado en llamar. Me parece una falta de respeto total. Si no puedes o quieres enseñar la vivienda te inventas que está vendida y prou pero no le dices a alguien que lo llamas y pasas olímpicamente

Fantastic experience: Me vendieron el piso en una semana , cuando lo tenía puesto una año en otras inmobiliarias.

Fantastic experience: Mis hermanas y yo teníamos el piso de nuestros padres en venta en diferentes inmobiliarias desde primeros de 2019. Evidentemente con la opción de no firmar exclusividad. Pues gracias a que encontré a esta inmobiliaria! en cuatro meses nos vendieron el piso. Un piso en venta hay que enseñarlo si o si aunque el cliente busque otras opciones pues los pisos convencen cuando estas dentro de ellos. En cuatro meses el doble de visitas que las otras en tres años. Y el tramite documental y bancario en fecha y hora que en principio nos agendaron. Gracias!

Negative experience: Hemos comprado un piso y una plaza de garaje por mediación de ésta inmobiliaria y cuál ha sido nuestra sorpresa y disgusto,que la plaza de garaje no es la qué corresponde a la que nos enseñaron antes de comprar,la que nos enseñaron ya tiene dueño,así que nos hemos tenido que quedar con ésta que por su ubicación está más lejos de la puerta de nuestra entrada y más pequeña.Ahora no se hacen cargo y han pasado de nosotros ya que está pagado y ellos han cobrado por ese trabajo tan mal hecho,lo sentimos mucho pero no volveremos a confiar en ustedes .
