Negative experience: THEY ARE SCAMMERS!! I was attended by Mar and Marilo in the purchase of a garage, for which they were supposed to refund me the money for the remote control of the garage that I paid out of my own pocket. To this day, they still haven't refunded my money, and still, they don't answer my WhatsApp messages or attend to my calls. I do not recommend this agency.

Negative experience: Get informed about all the properties in urban planning of the area that may exist, do not listen to what they say, they make it sound very nice. They tried to push a property on me, and yes, I use 'push' because that's the word, telling me that due to the slope of the property, the backyard would flood a little, and that raising the land would solve it. When I go to urban planning in Chiclana, I find out that the land is FLOODABLE AND PROTECTED! With no chance of utilities or any legal aspect, I've seen the cartographic map of the area, and most of it is water! First, get informed in urban planning and do not pay the deposit like I did, which is the first thing they ask for to tie you down and never return it! I hope this post helps!

Negative experience: No recomiendo esta inmobiliaria jugó con los sentimientos de una familia, entregue la entrada para una casa con mucha ilusión y está inmobiliaria me convenció de tal manera que la casa está en terreno ilegal para poderse la vender a otra persona que no sé el interés que tendría, ojalá os hundierais.......
