Negative experience: I do not recommend them for renting housing. They contacted us because they saw that we were advertising without a real estate agency and copied the ad exactly as it was, they didn't even bother to remove our contact details or the notice that we are not a real estate agency. They found us tenants who cause a lot of problems (and they didn't find them, it was the tenants who saw the ad on the same portal we were using). Besides, they provide no facilitation, making those tenants come from another province to their offices just to sign the contract, saying that if they sign digitally they would have to charge taxes (we, when renting as individuals, do allow digital signature). The contract had errors and they did not include a series of clauses that we always put in. Once they took their commission, they disappeared. Real estate agencies should alleviate our workload, and they have given us more.
