Negative experience: The worst by far. We talked to a salesperson to do a buy-sell of houses. We went to see a house. We told them we wanted it. A week went by without hearing from him. Result? The house has already been reviewed by other clients. They make decisions on your behalf, don’t consult you, and harm the buyer. However... they are quick to call you to sell you a property from their contacts without the mediation of the real estate agency. There are many real estate agencies, don't waste your time with these 'professionals'.

Negative experience: They show you a house, they tell you that they are selling it because they are moving to Chiclana, you give them €3000, and days later the owners say that they actually have no house to go to. We hire a lawyer because things start to look bad, we are constantly at the mercy of the owners' whims, they ultimately do not sell, and the real estate agency threatens us, claiming that after everything we've been through, they will report us for not paying fees for a house they never sold to us. Can you believe it! How could you think that we weren't going to pay you, Sergio, when the problem was with the owners? We were always ready to fulfill our part. We wanted that house. And how do you explain what you said about not returning the deposit?? And the time you took?? You said that with all the time we spent negotiating after the expiration of the earnest money contract, we should not now be in a hurry to claim the deposit. We were constantly hoping that an agreement would be reached because we were told that a house had been found. Until it was recognized that the situation was no longer sustainable. So explain this to your future clients.
