Beyond responding to my inquiry within minutes of sending it, Danny remained in constant contact with me as I asked many questions and provided him with quite a few properties of interest to us. Over the course of six weeks, Danny informed us of status changes and best locations – all without knowing if we were even “real” clients or not. We arrived in Playa del Ingles Monday afternoon and met Danny at our first showing Tuesday morning. He was early – great for an early, excited person like me. He found this particular apartment for us, based upon our criteria, which was not even listed on any website. One visit and we wanted to purchase. Danny worked swiftly with the seller and within minutes – literally – we had agreed to purchase. Our magnificent service did not end there. Back at the Nordicway Office, we met Birgitta. The best word I can use to describe Birgitta is PERFECT. Birgitta was able to explain to us the fine details of purchasing a property – in a way that we could understand (Spanish is not our primary language). She was patient with our questions and answered each one beyond our satisfaction. I have no idea how she was able to accomplish everything she did so quickly, but she completed our paperwork flawlessly and obtained appointments at the police station and local bank.
