Negative experience: Things will be different then agreed upon and that will be a 'Phone misunderstanding'. Best House will also NOT live up to their own contracts and will keep your money hostage. The owner (Yraimy Ledezma) does not even have the decency to answer your lawyer's letters. If you want to buy on GC, buy elsewhere to safe yourself a lot of time and annoyance!

Negative experience: I have been calling every day for a week to rent one of their apartments on Alfredo L Jones street, and it has been literally impossible for the girl in charge of that apartment (according to the colleague, a certain Jessica) to return my call. Lastly, I was told that if she hasn't called me back, it means the apartment is not available. It's shameful that she can't even send a message confirming the availability of the apartment or not. I just hope this is the case because the last excuse was that she just went on vacation when I've been calling every day for a week. What a lack of professionalism!!

Negative experience: L’agence immobilière “Best House Sun” est la plus décevante et la plus malhonnête que j’ai rencontré à Maspalomas. Après avoir acheté deux biens immobiliers sans aucun problème avec d’autres agences immobilières sur Maspalomas, me voici confronté à une agence qui: Dans un premier lieux demande un acompte de 1500€ pour une offre de prix (chose que aucun autre agent ne nous avez demandé précédemment) l’offre étant acceptée au prix convenu, l’agence nous informe que nous devons payer la TVA sur les travaux de rénovation, chose que l’agence aurait dû nous informé avant l’offre! Dans un deuxième temps je m’aperçois que d’après le cadastre une société de tourisme gère la location des Bungalows du complexe. Encore une mauvaise information alors que l’agence savais que j’achetais pour la location! Et ensuite erreurs dans les documents, noms, nationalité et dates erronées et j’en passe !! Ce manque de professionnalisme est inadmissible je me suis donc rétracté . L’agence ne veux pas me rendre mes 1500€. Donc attention si vous vous engagez avec Monsieur Garoa Zugasti et co. soyez très vigilants , de petits problèmes peuvent cacher une grande montagne.

Negative experience: They have to lock up this broker, the office in playa del ingles is so bad that this is still possible in 2022. Disrespectful to customers and sellers. There are so many real estate agents on the island that you just don't need to contact them. If I could give 0 stars they would get it.

Fantastic experience: Difiero de los comentarios anteriores, pero respeto la opinion personal de cada ser humano, en mi caso tuve una experiencia diferente, muy gratificante, logré vender mi propiedad después de tenerla publicada por mucho tiempo en varios portales sin resultados positivos, pero gracias a la excelente gestión del Sr. José Miguel Ledezma, su asesoria, publicación en portales internacionales, mejores fotografías y por supuesto amplia cartera de compradores, se logró la venta en poco tiempo. Recomiendo sus servicios 100%

Negative experience: Warning to all. They promise to take care of all formalities. They even give you a paper that they will before. Afterwards they only care for themselves - what the law imposes to they will follow, what they promised to you, hey don't dare. They thought that I haven't understood Spanish, but I did and that seems to be their informal policy.

Negative experience: Si vas a vender una propiedad no se lo encargues a Best House. Nos interesamos por una propiedad que ellos llevaban y tardamos más de tres semanas en conseguir que nos la enseñasen y después de insistir mucho. Estuvieron a punto de perder un cliente interesado de verdad. Cuando por fin nos la enseñaron hicimos una oferta, depositando 1000€ de fianza. Pasaron los 4 días marcados y no nos contestaron y pedimos que nos devolviesen el dinero. A partir de ahí empezaron a marearnos. Para convencernos de que esperásemos más. Luego nos dijeron que el propietario aceptaba la oferta. Y quedamos en firmar un contrato de arras. Siguieron mermándonos. Nos pidieron documentación. Se la enviamos. Pero nunca nos mandaban el contrato para verlo. Lo estaban preparando. Era complicado. Una inmobiliaria que no era capaz de preparar un contrato de arras.... Al final, el último día, todavía no nos habían mandado el contrato, nos dicen que el propietario había cambiado de opinión y se lo vendía a otros... Muy poca seriedad, y muy poca formalidad, así que tampoco es nada recomendable si estáis interesados en comprar. Nunca tendréis nada claro y seguro con ellos.

Negative experience: Falta de seriedad y de profesionalidad. Como propietario nunca les confiaría mi propiedad. Tardaron tres semanas en contestarte pues estaba interesado en comprar una propiedad que llevaban, y la escusa fue que tenía mucho trabajo y por eso no me habían contestado. Como comprador: me marearon, me hicieron soltar dinero para hacer una propuesta. Me dijeron que estaba aceptada para, después de mucho marear, decirme que el propietario había decidido vendérsela a otra persona. Un horror que en pleno siglo XXI existan empresas que carecen de rigor y profesionalidad y se comportan como trileros.
