Negative experience: I just called to ask about an apartment and from the very beginning, the attitude was far from desirable. Instead of presenting me with the characteristics of the apartment, they asked me questions as if I were in an exam... they read everything in the ad to me because it’s for winter season, I say oh sorry but the ad states that it’s also for long term, and in a dismissive tone, they replied, it doesn't matter what the ad says, it's for winter season. They do not politely acknowledge that it was their mistake and got angry with me because obviously, I replied that the ad mentions another thing, and they said they didn't have more time to waste with me. I find it an abuse that real estate agents think they can treat people this way due to the housing situation. Now they just called me back because I had called from my work, and when they recognized my voice, they hung up on me again, unbelievable. Owners, please contact a real estate agency that doesn’t have people like this working, I am someone with a very good profile to move into any house, and this gentleman will not get educated people for you because those of us who are don’t tolerate such treatment. Note: Their reply to my comment doesn’t surprise me as I see they have no other tools than to continue without accepting their bad manners of responding and apologizing. It is human to make mistakes, but I see they only want to look good with their hopefully not future clients, and it took them two weeks to come up with this response as there’s nothing to grasp. Obviously, I am an ideal profile, and what I took badly was their rude reply, not the fact that they had provided incorrect information. Best regards.

Negative experience: Su agente Boris Hoffman es un impresentable, en dos ocasiones nos ha dejado tirados. En la primera cita dio el apartamento a la cita anterior porque le llevó dinero en mano, y ni siquiera nos canceló la cita, la segunda vez cogió la reserva y después nos dijo q no podía ser. Después de un año volvimos a ver una propiedad y nos ha hecho lo mismo, salvo q está vez nos aviso el día q le íbamos dar la reserva. Siempre da las mismas excusas, te manda un wasap, ni siquiera te llama y es un maleducado. No sabe tratar a un cliente, no te da soluciones y desde luego le importa muy poco los daños q causa. Ni q sea la última vivienda en el mundo vuelvo a tratar con esta inmobiliaria, prefiero dormir bajo un puente.

Negative experience: Mala experiencia, muy poco profesionales! Poca puntualidad en las citas, descripción de los inmuebles incorrecta. Como es habitual, piden una mensualidad por sus servicios en una transacción por un alquiler, pero este servicio deja mucho que desear. Si hay que pagar se paga, pero regalarle el dinero al personal como que no.
