Apartamentos Mediterrania

Negative experience: I found unwanted guests in the room, BED BUGS. I informed the management and saw that they were concerned about the issue and promised fumigation. I do not hold anyone responsible; there is an epidemic of bed bugs in many hotels in France and Spain. Simply check the mattress and covers in the room. I am undergoing medical treatment; the room was on the third floor. BE CAREFUL.

Negative experience: A close relative stayed there for about 7 years, the landlord has behaved very poorly. We left the apartment absolutely spotless at the time of moving out, and a few days later he called saying he was not going to return the deposit that had been given at the beginning of the rental contract and that, due to damages, he wanted to charge us an additional €200, when the apartment was left very clean and in perfect condition. With people who stay for short periods of time, he seems to behave well and puts on a good face, but those who have known him for years already know how he is. Very unhappy with this service. Besides, he neglects the damages that may occur in the apartments; the washing machine and the water heater costs came out of my relative's pocket, when they should be the responsibility of the person in charge of the apartments. This person who has stayed there for these years noticed that on Monday mornings, when the cleaning staff were working in the building, water from his apartment could be heard, one day he thought to turn off the water supply and the cleaning staff stopped receiving water from the faucet they used, so this character was stealing water from the apartment he rented. I have nothing but bad words to describe, and it saddens me that someone like this continues to fill their pockets with transient people because they put on a face that isn’t theirs, while those who trust him for long stays receive terrible treatment.

Fantastic experience: Great!! We were with my whole family the week of August 15th. We had a wonderful stay. The apartments are very well located near the beach, clean, and we didn't lack anything. And Mr. Garcia was always available. As he knows, we will come back ;)

Fantastic experience: We have already returned. Family treatment by Santiago. The last apartment we stayed in was a penthouse with perfect views and nothing was lacking, a quiet area next to all the services of the port and the beach. We will return.

Positive experience: The apartment is average with an open kitchen. The mattress is spring-based, which I don't like. It's close to the beach, and it takes about 5 to 10 minutes to walk there. The area is quiet.

The apartments are fully equipped (bedding, kitchen utensils, iron, towels...) and are located on a wide street with parking space, and it takes less than 5 minutes to walk to the beach. Fantastic experience: Apartment is 5 minutes or less from the beach and the promenade, where all the bars for eating or drinking are located. Right in front of the apartment, there is a free parking area so you don't have to waste time looking for a parking spot, and there are also supermarkets and a grocery store quite nearby. The perfect apartment, it has everything you need, including towels and sheets, and it was very clean. Highly recommended place and definitely worth repeating.

Negative experience: Es un señor con cara de cordero pero no dice una verdad ni al medico TE contesto a tu respuesta dime en que no falle yo sinverguenza si as engañado a todos inquilinos que as tenido si ni a tu familia respetas .Ademas te piensas que eres rambo .solo e escuchado una verdad tuya que me digistes no sabes donde te as metido .Tienes mucho dinero pero tu dignidad esta por los suelos . NO queo que duermas bien

Fantastic experience: Buen apartamento muy cerca de la playa y con parking gratuito en frente. Con zona de bares al lado. Estuvimos dos parejas con un niño y todo perfecto, dos habitaciones amplias y la cocina con todos los electrodomesticos. Volveremos a repetiremos seguro. estuvimos muy a gusto.

Las camas son cómodas y cocina y baños están reformados y actualizados, de manera que es fantástico. Además, la atención y el cariño con el que te tratan desde el inicio de la conversación, no tiene precio. Siempre dispuestos a ayudar, agradar y a estar pendientes. Recomiendo, sin duda.
