Negative experience: AWFUL SERVICE.... A salesperson called me about a property I was interested in and since I had another more important call, he hung up the phone. I can’t even imagine if he had an appointment for a visit and he went to another one!!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THEIR DUTY IS TO SELL AND TREAT THE CLIENT WELL. NONE OF THAT HAPPENED. BE MORE PROFESSIONAL AND RESPECTFUL.

Fantastic experience: I have been with them for years, and they have already rented my apartment several times with enormous speed, as well as to quality tenants that they verify themselves. They take care of everything, change the billing details, check the condition of the apartment, draft the contracts, etc. And they are there for whatever you need. Basically, it's a company that does its job well, without surprises. 100% recommendable.

Negative experience: After contacting them for an ad we saw on Idealista and showing us the apartment, they told us that the conditions include paying agency fees. It's illegal for the tenant to pay it, and they just give it a different name to make you believe it's legal.
