Negative experience: I called this morning interested in an apartment recently posted. I explained to the woman who attended to me that I live outside, and I kindly asked if she could provide me with the street address of the property, or photographs of the facade before I travel 600km for a visit. Her response was to tell me that she couldn't show me any photographs of the facade or address due to data protection. Since I couldn't get images, I asked her about the condition of the facade/entrance, and her exact words were 'I haven't noticed, I focus on the interior of the house, but I think it's fine, the building is from 1970.' The only information she gave me is that the property is near Renfe. Eventually, I ruled out the property just because of the service received.

Fantastic experience: Viviana is an excellent professional. We entrusted her with the rental of a commercial property that had been closed for a long time, and she not only informed us transparently and advised us on prices, but also efficiently helped with all the necessary paperwork and managed to rent it to a person who has started a business with great enthusiasm. Without Viviana, none of this would have been possible. We recommend trusting her 100%.

Negative experience: Very unpleasant experience. I acquired a house through this real estate agency as it was the only way to buy it, but their lack of professionalism caused difficulties with the transfer. There were unforgivable mistakes: they did not provide relevant information on time, they did not bother to understand the peculiarities of the simple note (they were only in a hurry to sign the purchase mandate and collect the fee), serious errors in the drafting of contracts (mandate and deposit) in amounts, deadlines, and more... four days before the signing date, I still had not been informed of the amounts of the checks, after several calls they told me the amounts which were ultimately incorrect and we had to make arrangements with the seller at the notary's office because the checks had already been issued. At no time did they acknowledge their mistakes. They generated a lot of distrust and anxiety, forcing me to seek information through other channels; however, the agency earned their commission for poorly done work, more than seven percent of the sale price, which is above the normal commissions of these agencies. After the sale, they made a mistake with my name when changing the ownership of the utilities, forcing me to handle some paperwork for which I had paid, having to pay an external management company because I no longer trusted them and on the recommendation of the notary. After countless mistakes, they never provided me with the energy efficiency certificate that the owner paid for, which they themselves hurriedly did a day before the signing, they did not advise me well, paying more taxes than I should have. I can tell you that most of the positive reviews are fake, from friends and acquaintances to clean their image; at no time did they care to do their job well or take responsibility... they are scammers. Conclusion: I do not recommend this real estate agency at all. Update 14-10-23: In response to the company's reply, Entrecases, to my review, I want to state that they present a version very far from the truth with the intention of discrediting my opinion by describing me as an unstable, clumsy, misogynistic person, etc. I just want to comment that this is a false version, but logically, they intend to wash their image after a disastrous management and lack of professionalism throughout the process to protect their business. At no time did I intend to bypass the agency; I only wished to obtain the property with certainties, information, and professionalism given the importance of the investment one makes when acquiring real estate. Instead of receiving an apology from them for a service not received but charged, I have been insulted for expressing my opinion. I do not recommend them at all due to their lack of professionalism; the only thing they care about is money.

Negative experience: Our experience with this real estate agency was quite disappointing. The young lady who assisted us, I won't say her name because I'm more embarrassed than she is, we put our house up for sale and after some time she tells us that we already have it sold. We signed the reservation contract and everything was fine until time passed and she told us that the buyers backed out. To avoid returning the reservation contract, she invented a series of lies, even claiming that there was a brothel above my house. In short, they also leave the keys with the appraiser without your permission. In short, many lies. Be careful if you leave your apartment for sale.

Negative experience: Отвратительно расистское отношение к своим клиентам. Мы хотели взять в аренду квартиру на 3 месяца, вместо этого нам сказали, т.к. мы черные нам нужно предъявить контракт на работу. Мы были унижены и оскорблены таким отношением.

Negative experience: Взяли сканы наших паспортов для поиска квартиры на 1 месяц. Это что за подход такой? В самом агентстве я видел как они хранят ваши персональные данные прямо на своих столах и любой может получить к ним доступ. Цены на аренду не адекватные, предложений - единицы. В итоге после скандала нам показали 1 комнатную квартиру за 780 евро в месяц в 15 минутах от пляжа. Вынуждены были отказаться и от нее, т.к. хозяину отключили электричество.

Negative experience: Una mala atención comercial, llamas para ir a visitar una vivienda y como no es lo que pone en el anuncio y les sugieres que lo corrijan, se ofenden y te dicen que tienes que visitar únicamente su pagina web que los portales inmobiliarios como idealista no tienen porque tenerlos actualizados. Una perdida de tiempo, porque encima me dicen que en 2018 ya me enseñaron viviendas, y que pasa que hasta 2020 no ha entrado nada nuevo? Para que preguntan que buscas si luego no te llaman nunca? Una perdida de tiempo, no lo recomiendo

A month after the signing of the preliminary contract, the agency postponed the date of the transaction, explaining that the apartment being purchased is social housing (VPO). But they assured me that this is a “special type of VPO,” and that I can rent it freely and sell it after purchase. For three months I was waiting for a deal and was asking them to confirm their words with documents, because I read about the many restrictions on VPO housing, but they only was writing me cute letters. Finally, permission was granted to sell the apartment from the Generalitat of Valenciana. It was written there that I would not be able to sell this apartment for five whole years after the purchase. I sought the advice of a lawyer, and he confirmed that this was indeed the case and that the agency had deceived me. I also learned that this apartment can not be rented more than 200 € per month. I refused to buy, the apartment sellers returned the deposit to me, and the agency withheld € 550 for the “services”. But cheating customers is not a service. If you still want to deal with this agency, do not believe their words and letters, check all the documents for the apartment before signing the preliminary contract. Because I lost three months and I can not get my money back, and the agency again announced the sale of an apartment, but again did not indicate that it was social housing. And the next client runs the risk of being deceived and parting with money. Maybe this is such a form of business - periodically receive 550 €, without selling apartments?

Negative experience: Mi experiencia en este lugar es que son muy poco profesionales, no me han atendido debidamente, mas bien han pasado del tema y me han dejado esperando después de varias comunicaciones. Al final el piso que me interesaba ha dejado de estar publicado sin haber recibido ninguna explicación, después de haberme citado para verlo Lamento haber cometido un error al valorar esta agencia con la que no había tenido ningún trato. Me confundí con el nombre y mi comentario no les correspondía. Espero no haberles causado ningún trastorno y espero me disculpen. Gracias.

Negative experience: Dejé un mensaje en el contestador interesada en el alquiler de una vivienda y no obtuve respuesta, llamé y hablé con una chica directamente, la que de muy malas maneras me contestó que no sé quién no tenía tiempo de atenderme y que poco a poco iría devolviéndo las llamadas, a día de hoy, hace más de un mes, sigo esperando a que me contesten...

Negative experience: Inmobiliaria poco recomendable. En mi caso concreto y por motivos personales totalmente ajenos a mi voluntad, no pude finalmente firmar contrato de alquiler de un apartamento que YA se había señalizado por mi parte, mediante ingreso de cien euros en la Cuenta bancaria de la inmobiliaria, que a cambio, jamás me envió ningún tipo de contrato (vivo fuera de Valencia) donde se especificasen mis derechos y obligaciones al respecto, QUE ADEMÁS ESTÁN OBLIGADOS A HACERLO y que en este momento se niega a devolverme dicha señal cuando SI procede que lo haga, pese a las excusas por parte de la Comercial para no hacerlo. Ante esta actitud tan cutre por parte de Entrecases (hablamos de cien euros) , se interpondrá reclamación ante la OMIC del Ayuntamiento de Sagunto

Negative experience: Мошенники на 1000%! Никому не рекомендую это агентство недвижимости. Требуют предоплату за 8 месяцев. Это хамство и наглость со стороны агентства. Вы не имеете никакого законного права требовать предоплату за такой продолжительный срок проживания. Обходите это агентство стороной. Агенты все работают за зарплату и они совершенно не заинтересованы в своей работе. Я не понимаю за что владелец платит им зарплату.

Negative experience: Остерегайтесь мошенников и настоящих жуликов. Предлагают внести депозит для просмотра квартиры. Работают исключительно с гастрами, приезжающими на работу по контракту и ищущих койку. Крайне неприятные сотрудники с ложью в глазах, которые только и ждут, что вы ошибетесь и они заработают на вас. Остерегайтесь этого ужасного агентства недвижимости. Это 100% мошенники и обманщики!!!

Dos horas después de dejar el piso para regresar a Inglaterra ya encontraron comprador. Tras firmar el contrato de Arras por Internet regresamos para finalizar la venta. Por ser residentes en el extranjero y no estamos muy al corriente de los requerimientos burocráticos pertinentes para la venta. Tanto Mar, Vicky como Javier han sido íntegramente eficientes, profesionales y amables en extremo. Los innumerables obstáculos de impuestos, identificación Agencia Tributaria. Notaria,Registro etc. Fueron solucionados con tal dedicación por ellos que concluimos que de no haber sido por ellos hubiésemos tenido que abandonar el piso sin venderlo. Nos llevaron a todos los tramites –incluso al supermercado. Se ganaron la comisión con creces y no puedo mas que recomendarlos con toda mi confianza en ellos.
