Negative experience: I would never make any kind of deal with this real estate agency again; they have deceived us. We bought a property, and in the cadastral documentation, it was listed as a warehouse for commercial use. After asking Alejandro about it, he assured me that the process had already been changed to a residential property, saying that the cadastre was slow to update the information. We trusted his word and made the purchase. After some time, we realized it was still listed as a warehouse; we consulted them, and they did not want to take responsibility for the problem. I believe that after paying them 4000 euros, they should have responded more professionally and without deceit. I think they will tell you everything you want to hear until you make the purchase; after that, they wash their hands of it. At least in our case, that has been the situation. It's been 6 months since the purchase, and we still don't have a home; we have a warehouse. What a pity, considering how nice they were on the first day.
