Fantastic experience: We just bought some parking spaces managed by Hogares del Puerto. There have been a few setbacks in the process, a lot of paperwork (due to issues unrelated to the real estate agency), but Tania Cuenca has guided us, answered our questions, and accompanied us until the very day of the signing, solving last-minute problems.

Negative experience: I rented an apartment for 8 months in Canet de Berenguer beach. Upon arriving, the apartment was tidy but not clean; dirty armchairs, an oven with burnt food remnants, a dirty microwave, etc. I didn't make a fuss and cleaned for hygiene purposes, and I didn't say anything or take any pictures. What a surprise I had when days after returning the keys, they charged me 50 euros for cleaning expenses! Scammers! It is worth clarifying that the contract itself stated that upon handing over the keys, I would give my approval and confirmation that everything was in order, and after this, there was nothing to claim. In good faith, I left the deposit for them to deduct the charges, and they also deducted cleaning from it. It's outright theft. I do not recommend it; they take advantage of people's trust.
