Negative experience: I give it one star for not being able to give less. Monica has tried to charge me the agency fees when trying to rent an apartment, despite the fact that the latest LAU says otherwise. She claims to rely on the lawyers from her college, saying it hasn't come into force yet. The new law is there! Not content with that, she puts totally abusive clauses in the contract where all you do is pay for everything. Some terms of the contract contradict each other and she uses overly technical language in the contract, according to her a recommendation from the college lawyers because the law is unclear. When you ask her about terms in the contract, she goes off on a tangent. I RECOMMEND PEOPLE NOT TO GO TO THIS REAL ESTATE AGENCY AND IF THEY DO, TO GO WITH A LAWYER TO SIGN THE CONTRACT.

Negative experience: Pésima gestión por parte de la dueña, los empleados muy amables, la na vez ha hecho la venta y cobrado su buena comisión si te he visto no me acuerdo, las gestiones de las que se tiene que ocupar de cambio de nombre de suministros, etc. ( Que entran dentro de su trabajo) las hace cuando le reclamas con todas las molestias que ello conlleva, pero lo peor es que intenta tomarte el pelo achacando su absoluta incompetencia a las compañías de luz gas y agua. He hecho una venta con ella y esta es mi experiencia, también he hecho una compra con otra inmobiliaria y he tenido oportunidad de comparar seriedad y profesionalidad, así que hablo con total certeza de como se gestiona y como no la compra-venta de viviendas, como esta señora desde luego no
