Fantastic experience: We stayed in the apartment on Maria Cristina street and it was very good, everything clean, it really feels like coming home. We will definitely return to Valencia sometime, the only negative point was the parking space which was narrow and next to a fairly large car, but we managed to park well. We understand that not everything is perfect, but without a doubt, it was an experience we would repeat when we come back.

Everything equipped, in an ideal location, a very quiet neighborhood with all the comforts. It was all very clean and tidy when we arrived at the accommodation. We loved it for a few days at the beach.

Negative experience: It has been over 6 months since we approached and provided our details to buy a place. We requested information about 2 that interested us, and to this day, no one has contacted us. This is the first time this has happened to us. Luckily, we have already purchased the place without any real estate agents involved.

Negative experience: After the real estate agency's response, I will clarify things again: You have my data in your email, you have many of my emails when the 'manager' lady was not answering and even from my lawyer where I told her that we would take legal action if you didn't remove your friends and whoever else from my mother's apartment; I didn't confuse myself with another real estate agency. I continue to come every month to the port and I know very well which agency you are. You can take any legal actions you want, as I have proof of everything that has happened in writing. And my negative complaint is not the only one; you have many negative reviews where people tell you how unprofessional you are. It's a shame I didn't read them before handing over the apartment. Nowadays, you are already well-known in the neighborhood for your poor management. A few years ago, about 5, we left the keys to our home in Puerto de Sagunto, on Calle Periodista Azzati, to rent it out for long stays. The condition was that when they had a family interested, they would pass on the employment documentation to us, as we had to pass it on to the insurance so they could verify that they were solvent and met the conditions for processing said payment protection insurance. A lady who claimed to be the manager took care of it; she contacted me and mentioned that she had a family. I reminded her of the conditions and that we were still pending receiving the employment documentation and that if the insurance accepted them, we would organize the contract signing in a couple of weeks since we live in Catalonia. The manager of this agency gave those tenants the keys to our house at that moment without our consent and stopped answering my phone calls and emails. I found out from the neighbors that a family with a lot of stuff had come to my house minutes after speaking with her on the phone... My lawyer had to intervene, as I mentioned, she stopped responding to phone calls and emails. Finally, we managed to get those tenants out the next day; we had to go personally since they were going to leave by any means possible. We changed the lock for fear of how this lady had acted. According to that family that was in our apartment, they had been evicted from another apartment, and the manager, who was their friend, urgently found them an apartment... I have everything in writing in the emails we exchanged, and to this day, I regret not having taken legal action against this agency.

Negative experience: Disappointed! From the agency's service, the team is not competent! Divergent speeches depending on the people who receive us. Out of 4 people, we all received different information every time. This agency really makes me question. The welcome is sometimes quite cold. Being accused of having left dysfunctional things when they were already so upon our arrival is absurd. I believe it is the professionals' job at the agency to check every detail before the arrival of new tenants, which was not done, and was said verbally (I didn’t check everything, I just took a quick look!), obviously, these things do not reach the owners' ears!! However, the apartment we got is really great, large, functional, well located, super pleasant... It's the one we liked the most of all!

Apartment on Calle Concuerdo in Sagunto for 79,000 euros. Little seriousness.

Negative experience: I have to give 1 because it's the minimum it allows me. This real estate agency manages apartments like individuals on Booking, well, that's their strategy, the worst part is the lack of HUMANITY they have, as I made a reservation for VERY GRAVE family reasons, and I had to change dates. They only moved me by 1 day, charging the difference through Bizum. Now, without wanting to cancel it, they don't want to keep my reservation for 2 or 3 days more difference, and obviously refund me the money. SHAMEFUL.

Negative experience: Their website is so ugly - and it doesn't have a map either - that you have to call to find what you need, hoping they can identify the property because you are looking for information. In my case, the lady who assisted me gave me two different reference codes that had nothing to do with the property I was referring to.

You have two supermarkets just 3 minutes away, and nearby there are restaurants, the famous Venetian ice cream shop, and more places around the promenade. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away, so it's very close, and there is also a bus stop nearby. I would repeat the experience in the apartment.
