Negative experience: The reviews are good, but we have contacted through the Idealista site multiple times both by email and phone, but not once were we called back. Eventually, we got in touch through another phone number, but we had to wait a week and a half for a viewing. We mentioned that we were in the area this week, but that did not help. Our experience is certainly not good with this real estate agent.

Fantastic experience: Great professionals. Both Jesús and Vanesa have helped us a lot in the purchase of a house. Their service has been excellent. Vanesa is charming and very professional. Both have been very kind and efficient. It's a pleasure to find high-level professionals who are approachable. I recommend them 100%.

Negative experience: Poco profesionalismo , acudimos a ellos para comprar un piso del banco y al hacer la reserva nos dijeron que la reserva está bien tramitada y estamos por delante de todas las imobiliarias , y después de una semana nos dijo que el piso fue reservado por otra persona .
