Negative experience: A horrifying experience and a lamentable management. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They made us waste four and a half months, didn’t properly inform us of the steps in the process, we went with the engineer to check the smoke outlet, scheduled an appointment with the agency to see the premises for that purpose, and they didn’t bring the keys to access the common areas of the building, so the engineer had to leave 'empty-handed.' And several things like that, of absolute negligence. Meanwhile, we were spending money on engineers, studies, etc., only for them to tell us four and a half months later that we did not pass the financial scoring and that all we had done was worthless. They say the scoring is up to the property, that they have nothing to do with it... but I say, if they know how this works and have been in constant contact with us, it is undeniable that the information they transmitted to us has been totally deficient, because otherwise, we wouldn't have initiated certain procedures without having the final confirmation. Oh, and the best part: I write them a complaint requesting compensation for damages, and they respond via burofax in a quite rude and threatening manner, saying that if I file any more complaints, they will take legal action against me for filing a 'negligent' complaint. Gentlemen: understand that this is a free country, and I will not give up my right to file the complaints I deem appropriate before the relevant authorities, exercising the rights that correspond to me as a citizen. In fact, I am now not only going to denounce their lamentable level of service but also their mafia-like threats trying to dissuade me from turning to the institutions that in a democratic country protect citizens' rights, and to which we have every right to turn.
