Negative experience: Scammers, unprofessional treatment. Every day they tell us something different, apartments that don't exist or are cheaper at other agencies. After everything that happened to us, we spoke with parents from the school who had problems with this agency.

Negative experience: Terrible professionalism, I do not recommend anyone.. You just have to look at the rest of the reviews and the rating. They don't even know what professionalism is... unfortunately I contacted them 7 years ago, when I was in Rubí... and it was our worst nightmare. I don't understand how they are still in business and there are people who trust them... scammers is an understatement. Beware of them!

Negative experience: Scammers!!! During the first visit to an apartment with them, everything seemed a bit strange. The selling price of the apartment was unclear, and we were told we had to add €9,000 for real estate fees. They were telling odd stories about their clients that didn’t make sense. During the second visit to another place, something similar happened, except the real estate fees were €4,000. When we asked again about the first apartment, the price was different from what they had previously mentioned. We realized that those same apartments were listed with another real estate agency for a lower price and without any additional fees. The one that cost us €9,000 more is actually for sale for €10,000 less. When we asked for explanations, they said it was a mistake and we probably misunderstood. Right, what a coincidence. Don’t trust them.

Negative experience: Beware of the deceptions, they will always protect the owner and ignore you when you need them, they take advantage of good-hearted people. If you expect to get back the deposit that you are entitled to, forget it. If you have issues with repairs that the owner should make, just wait sitting down... Here, what matters is that you pay them; you can complain as much as you want, but they will never agree with you. Run away from them in any case; it seems unbelievable that these companies still exist today and they haven't been shut down yet. You just need to look at people's comments to know their true nature.

Negative experience: The worst, I would never sell with this real estate agency, I took my apartment off the market at the time for certain reasons... the seller was not respectful at all when she brought me a buyer.... zero respect

Negative experience: Fatal. Personal engañoso. Te dicen un precio, luego te lo suben. No hagáis ningún negocio con ellas.

Negative experience: La peor inmobiliaria de Rubí, poco profesionales, no dicen la verdad.

Negative experience: Ya tenía la cita para ver la vivienda y en el último momento me subieron el precio alegando que hay mucha gente interesada, me parece muy poco serio, como para fiarse de esta gente, deseando sacarte el dinero.

Negative experience: Impresentables, cambiaron el día de la visita y vimos que el piso ya no estaba publicado, llamamos para ver qué pasaba y ya lo tenían alquilado, solo te hacen perder el tiempo.

Positive experience: Recurrimos a ellos buscando piso de alquiler. Con ellos no hubo problemas teniendo en cuenta que se limitan a enseñarlo en visitas, intermediar con el propietario y cobrarnos cuando hacemos la reserva y cuando finalmente firmamos el contrato. Sí tuvimos problemas con el propietario (malas gestiones en el contrato de alquiler y de los suministros) y con los vecinos (bloque con varias viviendas okupadas y problemas de convivencia que nadie mencionó). También fue culpa nuestra por no hablar con los vecinos antes.

Negative experience: Pésimo. Visitamos un piso y nos decían que había que anadir aparte los gastos de comunidad que no sabía cuánto era. Y que eran gastos comunes de luz y agua para todo el edificio. Algo muy raro. Lo curioso es que con otra agencia visitamos otro piso el mismo edificio donde nos dijeron que los gastos eran individuales (obviamente). Otro de los pisos que visitamos con ellos, quedamos para reservarlo y nos llamaron el mismo día para decirnos que sr lo daban a otros que ofrecían más. Y ya se habían comprometido con nosotros. Muy poco serios. Además, en segundos contactos siempre cambiaba algo en las condiciones. De repente había que sumar X por lo que era o lo mismo ya no había un trastero o una plaza de parking incluida. Muy muy poco serios. Y lo peor, el tiempo que te hacen perder con sus artimañas.
