Negative experience: Terrible service! A bunch of usurers, very unprofessional... Run away! We paid fees of €800, of which we still do not know what they are for. We provided our data, but no paper for express consent to process them was signed. We were repeatedly pressured to agree to certain clauses of the contract that should have been negotiated, but not so for the owner. A vague termination contract was presented, but it had to be the one your company prepared instead of negotiating or modifying certain points of ours. We were required to change the ownership of the supplies on the same day we signed the contract, not at the end of the contract. The stipulated days were even exceeded because it was not processed with a margin of 15-20 days for the company to make the change within the agreed timeframe, but one month later and we processing it ourselves. The new tenant made the supply changes (let's hope not with our personal data), not the owner.

Negative experience: When you are a customer everything is fine, within reason. And when you act as they request, it's also fine. From the moment you say you are leaving the flat, the problems start with them. You mention issues, problems, and they ignore you. Especially that Noelia, since she arrived, we have been very unhappy with the treatment, not even being able to offer you a seat while you wait for some documents. Since 11/30, I have been waiting for a response about an issue with a bill. They talk to you as if you were stupid, as if you didn't know what you were talking about, and when you tell them things, they leave you on read and wash their hands off it. RECOMMENDABLE 0%

Negative experience: Are you leaving the rented apartment? Ok, let's go and do an inspection to see how it is... they make up dirt and damages and call someone to fix them. Do you know who that someone is? Yes... the husband of the person who has decided that there are damages in that apartment, surprise! Perfect business for them, they take money from your deposit to bill it to themselves with the owner's approval. As another comment I’ve seen says... very nice until they can take money from you, then... no mercy. Total scam.

Negative experience: TENED CUIDADO NO HAGAIS TRATO CON REME!! SOLO QUIERE SUBIR LOS ALQUILERES LO MAXIMO POSIBLE PARA LLEVARSE SU COMISION, LUEGO NO TIENE PALABRA Y SE LE OLVIDAN LAS COSAS. TIENE LA POCA DECENCIA DE ENREDARLO TODO Y NO PRESENTARSE NI A LAS FIRMAS. MUY DESCONTENTA Y NO SOY LA UNICA A LA QUE HAN INTENTADO ESTAFAR. ES UNA PENA QUE UNO VAYA A ALQUILAR UN PISO CON ILUSION Y LO QUE SE RECIBA SEA ESTO. LLEVO VIVIENDO DE ALQUILER MÁS DE 10 AÑOS Y NUNCA ME ENCONTRADO UNA SITUACION IGUAL... MUY TRISTE

Negative experience: Huid si podéis! Reme fatal fatal. Son unos usureros que sólo se ponen de parte del propietario. Dicen y luego desdicen. Y quieren cobrar por todo. Los más incompetentes que he encontrado en toda mi vida, y mira que llevo mucho viviendo. Borran las opiniones malas. Tened cuidado!

Negative experience: Nos enseñaron un piso, y entregamos la paga y señal. Al día siguiente nos llaman y nos dicen que no nos alquilan el piso porque no pueden hacer un seguro de impago, porque figuramos en una lista de morosos. Nos dan 1 día de plazo para demostrarles que no figuramos en el ASNEF. Mi pareja y yo hablamos con nuestros bancos y nos confirman que no figuramos en ninguna lista de morosidad, pedimos al ASNEF un informe que efectivamente lo ratifica. Les enviamos los informes (dentro del plazo de 1 día que era lo estipulado) y nos dicen que es que ya se lo han alquilado a otra persona. Mi pareja les recrimina que eso no es lo que hablamos, y le dicen que es que no encajamos en el perfil del arrendatario, que buscan otro perfil de familia. Pues señores incompetentes, si no somos el perfil de familia, 1/ pongan en el anuncio que tipo de familia buscan, y 2/desde un principio nos hubieran dicho que no somos el perfil que busca el propietario y no nos hacen perder nuestro tiempo con mentiras.
