Negative experience: My impression of this real estate agency is deplorable. I called to get information about a property, and the girl who attended me gave me a service that left much to be desired for someone in a customer-facing role. After listening to her charlatan arguments and giving my opinion, she replied, 'You are not going to teach me about apartments in Rubí; I have been doing this for 25 years,' a comment that leaves a lot to be desired and shows signs of possible lack of seriousness from Ace real estate. I believe that this girl, in the 25 years she claims to have been in the industry, has learned nothing about how to treat a customer. Girl, honestly, I think you need a bit of recycling in manners and a herbal tea. Deplorable!!

There are people who, when you don't do what they want or don't cater to them, get angry and attack the work of others. In this life, you shouldn't be so arrogant.
