Negative experience: Please, avoid this real estate agency at all costs. I have never seen such terrible customer service. You call to inquire about an apartment, and they cannot provide you with any information about it. They hung up on me. A terrible place.

Negative experience: The young woman had no intention of helping. Zero professionalism, the apartment they showed us is falling apart. NOT RECOMMENDABLE, the treatment towards the customer is garbage.

Negative experience: They are scammers, trying to get money that doesn't belong to them. They have refused twice to give me a complaint form, and finally, the police had to show up at the agency since every establishment has the obligation to provide a complaint form if someone asks for it. Customer service and their business management have been terrible. Be very careful with the real estate representative, Torcuato Salmerón Hernandez.

Negative experience: Pésima atención al cliente, llamé para preguntar acerca de un bajo, no me dió nada de información y me colgó enseguida con un tono muy borde. No sé cómo pretenden vender con ese trato.
