And Carolina sends me the draft of the contract 40 minutes before the signing in a hurry. I start to read it and see that there are missing clauses, poorly written, spelling mistakes. I arrive and find the tenants there to sign, I mention that it needs to be reviewed and Carolina disrespects me in front of them, telling me what I want to see, that she would rather be at home, having better things to do. I had never seen such a huge lack of respect and professionalism. You have left me speechless. Carolina, I hope you change the way you treat customers who pay for your services. On top of paying them, they are arrogant and rude. I'm not one to leave reviews, but this time it deserves it. Very, very disappointed with the treatment at this real estate agency.
