Negative experience: If you buy a house with them, you will need to be patient for them to finish the repairs. I have been waiting for over two years and I still have unfinished repairs. If you are polite people who do not put pressure and do not ask for unreasonable things, do not expect to receive good treatment from their repair teams. You will need to change your strategy, because otherwise you will have leaks and damages for years.
Fantastic experience: 100% recommendable. I dreamed of having a safe, beautiful, and cozy house, and the home I acquired exceeds all my expectations! Moreover, it is totally efficient thanks to the solar panels, which makes the monthly expenses minimal. The aerothermal system works phenomenally both in cold weather and during hot months like now, with that cool 'cave' feeling that we love. Additionally, I must say that the attention from every person at Jarama we have contacted has been unbeatable, both during the purchase and in the post-sale. In the follow-up phase, they have been very efficient and quick. In short, I only have words of gratitude.
Negative experience: I bought a house almost two years ago in the residential area Los Cerezos. Terrible after-sales services for defects and quality issues. Everything is red carpet treatment when you go to book your home, but once the mortgage is signed, you have to pray that there are no defects. The first year a crack appeared in the filling pipe of the Community pool. After more than 6 months of reporting the issue, a meeting was proposed where they said that the best possible solution is to block the filling pipe and fill the pool with a hose. Out of 5 water shut-off valves for the showers, they have already canceled two that had leaks instead of looking for the root of the problem and solving it. They say this is apparently a common practice. Let's pray that no more leaks appear because we will end up without shut-off valves if this continues... Lines for garage doors with uninsulated joints directly covered with cement, causing that whenever it rains, the only differential that manages 3 car exit motors jumps, making garage exit impossible and requiring manual opening of all doors. Workers doing repairs on homes using the community pool restroom facilities for their needs leave them blocked and almost declared a disaster zone. Use of extraction and service rooms of the Community as their workers' storage, claiming it is a common practice. It seems carrying their materials to work is too much trouble for them... Defects in leveling streetlights in common areas, claiming it 'must be an optical effect,' because depending on the position, they appear leveled or not. Leaks to the garage from the pool area that are fixed by filling the area with mortar where the water enters. By not addressing the root problem, the water stops entering, but it continues to seep through the wall. And this is just in common areas. There are neighbors in the attics who have to complain about leaks every time it rains. It seems it is cheaper to paint over than to address the rooftop insulation properly... How wrong people are to claim they have been building in Rivas-Vaciamadrid their whole lives. Doing something wrong for a lifetime does not make it right over time. I do not want to end this review without asking, please, that this time, I hope some staff members from Jarama do not bother my family to ask them to contact me and request I remove this. I can understand that it being people from Rivas their whole lives, they might do it once, but doing it twice would start to seem like harassment...
Negative experience: I waited a month and a half for them to contact the repairers... A disaster. Lots of selling and little service. In the end, I'll have to figure it out on my own.
Negative experience: Very poor service regarding defects. You send emails and they don’t even bother to respond. Their tactic is to waste your time so that time passes. A disgrace. After a year and a half, 'invisible' defects keep appearing, it's never-ending. All the community lights had to be replaced at the expense of the neighbors and Jarama doesn't even respond, the garage door has been malfunctioning since the beginning and countless other issues. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL, BE CAREFUL WITH THEM.
Negative experience: Very poor after-sales service. More than a month trying to contact the callbacks department and they do not respond. I think they are waiting for the warranty to expire.
Fantastic experience: We are very happy with the service received from Nuria, who attended to us and advised us in the purchase of the appliances, very attentive and professional.
Negative experience: The after-sales service at Jarama is terrible. They don't respond to emails regarding reviews and wash their hands after a year and a half with the same problems.

Hola Ana Isabel, no nos consta que nos haya comunicado las incidencias que comenta. Por favor, pongase en contacto con el departamento de repasos para solventarlas a la mayor brevedad posible. En cualquier caso, sobre la foto que adjunta, no es una grita. Simplemente se ha separado el sellado(la silicona) de la pared de ladrillo. En cuanto se ponga en contacto con el departamento de repasos les solventarán las incidencias que tenga lo antes posible.

Negative experience: We purchased a home 8 months ago and since then we have had issues (poorly installed kitchen door, furniture that doesn’t close, cracked shower tray, cracks, etc.). After many emails to the repairs email, we have managed to have some things resolved, but lately they are unable to respond to us, we don’t know if they are taking any action to solve the problem. We have been waiting for more than a month since they made the last visit to assess the issues and over four months for them to fix the shower tray (which, by the way, one of their employees broke during one of the times they came to fix things). We do not understand how such terrible after-sales service can exist.
Negative experience: Unbelievable!! After almost two years of living here, we are still waiting for them to solve a problem we have with the extractors. They come, fix one thing and break three. Very dissatisfied. They no longer even respond to emails.

Negative experience: Antes las construcciones eran de mejor calidad pero en los últimos años ha bajado mucho. El precio en cambio sigue subiendo.
Negative experience: Adquirimos una vivienda el año pasado, en el residencial las Gardenias, desde entonces hemos tenido problemas de de olores a comida (de otras viviendas) en nuestros baños, se pueden imaginar lo desagradable que es llegar a casa y que huela como si hubiera estado alguien cocinando en medio del pasillo. Mandamos mails al correo de repasos, pero son incapaces de contestarnos, no sabemos si están realizando alguna actuación para solucionar el problema. No entendemos como se puede tener tan pésimo servicio post-venta.
Fantastic experience: Me compré un piso en flor de azahar y estoy encantada. La atención comercial con Jarama fue excelente, muy profesionales. Tuvimos algún problema con los repasos de pintura pero lo solventaron rápidamente y no nos dieron ningún problema.Además nos dieron muchas opciones de mejora y una de ellas fue la aerotermia, la cual escogí y fue un gran acierto dada la situación actual. Si tuviera que comprarme otra casa volvería a elegir a Jarama, muy recomendable.
