We sent an email that was not answered, and for two days we called both his mobile and the office without receiving a call back. When we finally managed to schedule an appointment, they rented the apartment we were interested in and sent us a message on WhatsApp to tell us that the apartment was no longer available, without offering us anything else. I know this review won't matter, there are many agencies and I will never recommend this one.
