Carmen's treatment was very unprofessional, with concerning arrogance and a lack of empathy. She made us feel quite bad. If they had shown better treatment and empathy, the deal could have likely been closed, but not with deception and bad manners.

Negative experience: Hemos comprado una promoción de obra nueva que han promocionado en Arganda del Rey y está siendo una pesadilla. El piso está lleno de desperfectos y todo el mundo se desentiende de todo. En la urbanización no hay fibra, y tanto la inmobiliaria como la constructora se desentienden del tema.
