Fantastic experience: For the second time, we rented a fantastic apartment from Pergaz in the center of Madrid. Plenty of space indoors and out, and with all the conveniences we could ask for. This now feels like our home-away-from-home. Gigi is a wonderful and attentive communicator, and the whole Pergaz team ensured that our stay was smooth, easy, and enjoyable. We recommend them highly and look forward to coming back.

Fantastic experience: We rented a terrific apartment in a popular area of central Madrid for six weeks in 2021 from Pergaz RE. The comfortable, spacious apartment had new appliances and all the conveniences of home. The folks at Pergaz are top-notch: professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and responsive. We would not hesitate to contact them again in the future -- in fact, they will be our first call when we return to Madrid.
