Negative experience: I contacted them on February 19 about an apartment I saw advertised. They tell me that a guy just went to see it and that in those days, they will sign the deposit. Even so, they propose to show it to me, to which I say no, because I don't want to get my hopes up since if it's already agreed upon... I forget about the apartment, and on April 9, they contact me and tell me that the guy couldn't get financing and that the 60 days of the contract have passed (they just needed to have looked at the WhatsApps I attached to realize they were deceiving me), so the apartment was available. I meet with the sales agent, he shows it to me, and we love it. I tell him yes, but to negotiate 4000 euros, no more, no less. Days go by, I have to keep following up, my mother and mother-in-law go to see it! And two days later he tells me... bad news! The previous guy has been given the 10,000 euros he lacked and is keeping it because the owner decided so! All of this, he had even asked for our IDs! A real shame, they played with our feelings, they used us as a wild card. A professional doesn’t do that! It doesn’t help me that you say I would have accepted the offer because the other guy hadn't finished his contract. Don’t deceive me! Don’t justify yourself because you knew very well that I would take the apartment anyway, with or without a discount, because I made it clear to you, Jesus... Apologize and stop justifying the wrongdoing.

The problem is not that, but the malice of the tenant, as to increase the expenses we were paying, he left all the lights on, leading to electricity bills of €40 (even causing light bulbs to explode for never being turned off). When leaving, he not only took furniture he could sell (I understand that in the situation we're in) but also broke blinds, curtains, shower... which only harms me without benefiting him in any way. This is nothing personal because we never had a problem with him. Therefore, the review is due to the agency (at the Leon headquarters, I don't know your operations) not ensuring that the person who puts you in the house (for what I paid) is someone 'normal'.

Negative experience: Hace un año alquilamos una vivienda en Cacabelos. Estuvimos muy cómodos hasta que llegó la lluvia y empezaron los problemas. Empezamos a tener humedades y moho en las habitaciones, cocina y techos. Hablamos con el propietario y su solución fue que cuando pudiera limpiaba las paredes con amoniaco y volvía a pintar. Llamamos a la inmobiliaria y todo fueron buenas palabras. Hicieron fotos y me aseguraron que ellos no la iban a poner en alquiler ni a la venta. Todo mentira. A día de hoy el chalet está en su página (ref. 61146) en CACABELOS
