Negative experience: Is she a professional?? Very little recommendable, I had an interview, very satisfactory, agreeing to handle the housing matter and I NEVER heard back from her again.

Negative experience: Scammers. They illegally charge a month's fee to the tenant, despite being prohibited by law. Beatriz rented me an apartment (which she didn't even come to show, I went alone), and once the contract was signed, she demanded that I pay a month for 'apartment search services,' in addition to the month of fees she charges the owner. They take advantage of people's needs. Since it is illegal to charge fees to the tenant, they make you sign a paper for 'housing search consultancy.' Shameful.

Cuidado si usan sus servicios, revisen que no dejan sin cambiar de titular ningún recibo de suministros. Edito reseña: Tras reclamar dos veces a la inmobiliaria, ponerme en contacto con el nuevo propietario varias veces, y escribir una reseña negativa ya no tengo suministros a mi nombre. Subo la valoración para ser justos, porque consiguieron vender el piso rápidamente.
