Negative experience: They are a disaster, if I could give them a 0 I would. The only thing they care about is billing and that's it. In terms of tenant selection, they are very unreliable, there were payment issues and they completely ignored them, and they brought in an animal when I asked them not to. As soon as there were problems, Cristina the owner stopped responding and they do not take responsibility for anything. In this case, for peace of mind, please do not hire them.

Negative experience: Poor service, I acknowledge that I was 10 minutes late for the appointment to see an apartment they have for sale, but the advisor couldn't wait for me to arrive and went to attend to another appointment, which was 15 minutes later. If they only take 15 minutes to try to sell an apartment, I believe they won't have enough time to do a good job. No worries, there are a million real estate agencies that do want to sell. Thank you very much and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. One must learn to treat clients well, as they are ultimately the ones who provide for you.

Positive experience: This place has a lot of potential but not well managed. Extra charge on bill, only 1 person taking care of the service at the restaurant for dinner and guess what.....same guy on the morning for breakfast , visibly very tired ....( very poor breakfast 7 euros). Rooms are noisy.
