Fantastic experience: I would absolutely reccomend anyone to use this company. I have dealt with elana to sell my Spanish home. She has been wonderful from start to finish. She has kept constantly in touch with me in the UK, talking me through everything that was happening and liasing with my solicitor. My house went on the market on the Monday and was sold for full asking price the next day. Unfortunately the sale fell through because my buyer was sick. The week after she found another buyer and I'm pleased to say we have completed today. Just want to say a massive thankyou to elana and her team. You are amazing.

Positive experience: I wanted to sell my house myself because I think the prices charged by real estate agents are too high for the work they do. I responded to an ad with the name Elena, but it turned out to be Elena from Pandora. They made the proposal; we sell the house for you and give you a guaranteed fixed price. I dropped my price quite a bit to the amount I really wanted because that is a good price for my house. We have recorded this in a standard contract. After a few months, the house was sold and I received the agreed amount. However, I did have to remind Pandora that we had agreed on that amount. Under market pressure, it is tempting to change agreements, but in the end Pandora has kept to the agreement. However, next time I would like to have an amended contract with the agreed conditions set out a little more clearly. Pandora has a Polish background and a large emerging Polish community in their base. It is a professional and correct company. The employees are also friendly people and very good photos were taken of my house. I can therefore heartily recommend them.

Negative experience: Very high commission, in this case they tell you, Laura, that if they sell it and it doesn't sell through the network, they will discount you €1000 from the commission. We sold with them and they did not keep their word, nothing of the €1000 discount, it is a hook for you to hand over the keys and attract the client. Do not trust the word of this salesperson, as this happened less than a week ago.

No to doskonale o was świsdczy.. Wpłaciłem zaliczke za apartament 92 m przy Calle Albatera1z widokiem na morze, wpłaciłem zaliczke 3000€+ dwa razy wyjazd do Torrevieja+ projekt , razem 20000€ w plecy. Nieruchomość obciążona sprawą spadkową- o czym nie zostaliśmy poinformowani.. przy późniejszych próbach odzyskania zaliczki sraszyli mnie prawnikami i dalszymi kosztami.. mega oszustwo!! Moge wysłać screen shota meila dla niedowiarków.. ZDECYDOWANIE NIE POLECAM!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Do Home Pandora trafiliśmy z polecenia znajomego. Zależało nam na sprawnym i bezproblemowym zakupie mieszkania. Po doświadczeniach związanych z procesem zakupu w pełni zgadzamy się (to opinia moja i męża), że trafiliśmy na właściwe biuro. Pani Agnieszka Kapuza poświęciła nam mnóstwo czasu. Odpowiedziała na lawinę pytań jeszcze przed przylotem do Hiszpanii. Spędziliśmy z nią dwa dni oglądając wspólnie wiele nieruchomości, pod koniec drugiego dnia mieliśmy w ręku umowę rezerwacyjną na nowy apartament, a trzeciego dnia Pani Agnieszka zorganizowała dla nas spotkanie w Kancelarii Prawnej, która wsparła nas we wszystkich formalnościach i podpisaniu Aktu Notarialnego. Dodam jeszcze, że nie uczestniczyliśmy osobiście w odbiorze mieszkania od dewelopera,. W naszym imieniu Pani Dominika z Biura Home Pandora, która zajmuje się obsługą posprzedażową zajęła się profesjonalnie tematem. Jej wsparcie i pomoc w odbiorze technicznym jest naprawdę nieoceniona. Nie musieliśmy się o nic martwić i co ważne, nadal czujemy duże wsparcie w załatwianiu różnych spraw. Zespół Pani Agnieszki to Profesjonaliści z dużym zaangażowaniem i doświadczeniem na rynku nieruchomości w tej części Hiszpanii. Polecamy Home Pandora w 100% tym z Państwa, którzy jeszcze zastanawiają się nad wyborem Agencji.

Fantastic experience: Gorąco Polecam!!! Świetna obsługa, bardzo mili ludzie, profesjonalne podejście do klienta. Pani Agnieszka kobieta anioł, pomogła mi ze wszystkim; miła, serdeczna, otwarta, była moim osobistym tłumaczem kiedy tego potrzebowałam w trudnych sytuacjach. Fantastic experience: Fantastyczna ekipa ! Tacy profesjonaliści to prawdziwy skarb. Dzięki Pani Agnieszce z Home Pandora i Pani Kindze z Kancelarii Prawnej dokonaliśmy zakupu mieszkania na Costa Blanca w 3 dni, z czego 2 dni zajęło nam oglądanie nieruchomosci, a 1 dzień (słownie: jeden !) formalności. W międzyczasie wszystko przygotowaliśmy zdalnie z Polski będąc w kontakcie z Agnieszką i Kingą. Jednym słowem, no dwoma: da się ! Dziewczyny są naprawdę świetne w tym czym się zajmują i jeszcze raz powtórzę - powalają profesjonalizmem, jakiego (niestety) trudno szukać w Polsce. Co jeszcze niezwykle ważne, kiedy na stałe mieszkasz w Polsce, współpraca jest kontunuowana po transakcji, czyli po prostu można liczyć na tzw. wsparcie pozakupowe - dziękuję Dominiko ! Ja doświadczyłam osobiście, ale taką samą drogę z Home Pandora przeszli moi przyjaciele, tak wiec polecam z całego serca !

Bardzo dziękujemy za pomoc. Wszystko w Hiszpanii poszło dużo sprawniej, szybciej i bardziej bezproblemowo niż w analogicznych historiach zakupowych choćby w Polsce :). Mieć taki zespół do pracy, czy do zadań specjalnych - to prawdziwy as w tych czasach. Pozdrawiamy i dziękujemy. No i polecamy wszystkim niedowiarkom i niezdecydowanym. Home Pandora i zakręcona Pani Kinga to nie tylko pomoc w zakupie - to również solidne wsparcie "pozakupowe". Od pomocy przy awarii w domu, po pomoc w zatrzaśniętych kluczykach od samochodu :). A... no i oczywiście jeśli kupimy jeszcze cokolwiek w Hiszpanii, co ma księgę wieczystą - to na 100% z Home Pandora :)

Fantastic experience: Polecam z całego serca, nie spodziewałam się, ze agencja nieruchomosci może otoczyć klienta tak szeroka opieka. Transakcja jest bezpieczna, wybór ogromny, a zaangażowanie biura od pierwszego kontaktu ogromne - bez względu na to, jaka jest zasobność portfelu klienta. Zaskoczona jestem także opieka posprzedażowa, ponieważ Pani Agnieszka jest w stanie załatwić wypożyczenie samochodu w dobrej cenie, odbiór z lotniska, sprzatanie apartamenty i wszystko, co tylko się wymyśli… Są naprawdę ogromnie pomocni a kontakt nie kończy się w momencie zakończenia transakcji. Po wcześniejszej rezerwacji online zimą, wszystkie formalności z zakupem mieszkania w trakcie naszej wizyty w maju w Hiszpanii sfinalizowaliśmy w ciągu jednego dnia przy pomocy Pani Kingi , która reprezentowała nas od strony prawnej. WSZYSTKIE spełniały określone przeze mnie założenia, w tym jedno szczególnie. Prezentacje zostały znakomicie przygotowane. Żadnej przypadkowości - pełny profesjonalizm. Ale to nie wszystko. Współpraca Home Pandora z Developerem, z hiszpańskimi bankami i znakomitym biurem prawnym sprawiła, że jako klient czułem się w pełni usatysfakcjonowany i bezpieczny w nieznanych mi warunkach administracyjnych innego państwa, wspaniałego i pięknego, ale jednak póki co, mało mi znanego państwa. Znów pełen profesjonalizm, pełna współpraca Home Pandora, Developera Alegria, Banku Sabadell i Kancelarii Prawnej Anton y Asociados z Torrevieja.
