Negative experience: A real shame, I call about an ad for an apartment for rent, I ask about the conditions to move in and with all his face he tells me that I have to pay a month to move in, a month as a deposit and a month to the real estate agency. As of today 2023, according to the law that has changed, this should be paid by the owner, and he tells me that no, that the owners are not going to pay that month, that if I want to move into the apartment, I have to pay it out of my own pocket. I tell him that this shouldn't be the case, that it is illegal and that the owner should pay it, and he tells me, well, that's what it is, if you're interested, fine, and if not, that's fine too.

Negative experience: I feel deceived and scammed. For the purchase of a property, once everything was sorted (including the bank's approval) and after having paid for the appraisal (400 euros) and the simple note (3 euros), the latter because after providing me one, since it was over 3 months old, I needed another one for the bank and he said, of course, that he had already spent 15 euros on the first one. When I called him to see when we would sign, he told me via voice message that a client had arrived with the money and that he sold it to someone else. He is within his rights, but being aware of all the processes including the appraisal, even if someone arrives with the money, the least he could do is notify me and say, 'make me a transfer with a part, let's close it, anything.' If for him a simple note '15 euros' seemed like a big deal, then what could this man imagine we spent 400 euros on the appraisal for? As if asking him to pay me the full amount or part of it. Talking to his colleagues, this must be his way of proceeding: deceive, lie without caring about anything but the money, devoid of any scruples. And that has been my experience, not recommendable. P.S.: I would like and wish to believe that I am a unique case with bad luck and that this man is not really like this because I refuse to believe that there are people WITHOUT PRINCIPLES OR WORD.

Negative experience: No son claros ni trasparentes, no me devuelven la fianza aludiendo a unos gastos que solo ellos conocen, dos recibos de luz mensuales durante más de 3 meses y como la luz no está a mi nombre no puedo hacer nada. Muy buenas formas, muy buenas palabras y mucha amabilidad pero siempre dando largas y sin dejar las cosas claras. Me siento estafado.
