Fantastic experience: We urgently needed a rental apartment in Orihuela. My wife searched all the real estate agencies and found nothing. Either there was nothing satisfactory or the service was inadequate. Until Joaquín came into our lives. Yesterday, in an instant and with the best caring, empathetic, and sincere treatment, we obtained a magnificent home instantly, with ease and flexibility. I was completely distrustful of real estate agencies, but from today, if we need housing in the future, we will undoubtedly turn to Orisalia. Thank you, Joaquín (and José Luis), for making everything so easy, human, and efficient.

Negative experience: I give one star because it doesn’t allow me to put less, from the first contact to the signing of the lease contract everything was fairly good, 'once signed and paid, they didn’t worry about anything else'. The contract was signed out of sheer desperation because if we hadn’t, we would be on the STREET, which actually happened even after signing the contract. No one informed us that there were no supplies, neither water nor electricity, well electricity yes, ILLEGALLY TIED to a hook that we realized weeks later when we tried to get it activated, but instead of being able to activate it, they left us worse off since now there is an open file. But that’s not all, we still have dampness on the walls, the entrance door has a defective lock and we got locked inside the house, faucets that don’t have water because they are totally broken inside, and there are many more issues. Joaquín told us everything would be fixed as soon as possible, after a month and 10 days everything is still the same, we still have no electricity, with all the damage in the apartment and we can’t live in it. Terrible treatment from Joaquín. He has left a couple on the street waiting for a baby, and all this paid 3000 euros in advance. In the next comment, I attach photos of everything.
