Negative experience: I am a student who tried to rent an apartment in Sol8Vidal, but the experience was horrible. At first, they asked for a paycheck of €1200, and my partner had that amount or even more. Then they requested a guarantee, which we provided. Afterward, they asked for another guarantee, we submitted it but they rejected it, and all this for an apartment costing only €400 per month. But the worst part was not the absurd requirements, but the treatment. They always treated us poorly, with disrespect, as if we were criminals or stray dogs, despite having more money in our accounts than they probably do. I want to highlight that one of the girls, the one closest to the door, was nice. However, the other one was rude, constantly treating us badly. I remember one time I went in just to ask what documents we needed to submit, as she wasn't responding to us on WhatsApp and left our messages on read. Instead of giving me a normal answer, she started yelling at me, saying things like: 'Don't you understand or do you want me to tell you in your language?' Honestly, this real estate agency seems like a monopoly, as they control most of the rentals in the area, and I find it unbelievable that they treat their clients like this. Also, I have seen how they respond to other reviews with the same lack of respect. If you are reading this (if they don’t delete it, of course), I do not recommend this place at all. There are many other real estate agencies, like 10Soles, where they show that they value their clients, or just look to rent directly from private individuals without such unpleasant intermediaries. Negative experience: These people need to understand that the rent is not their concern. Moreover, they tell you they will call and never do (I have been renting for years and have never stopped paying). They engage in charging illegal commissions to tenants. They are also part of the problem in this city. They inflate the prices of shabby apartments at their whim. They should focus on selling and stop fattening their wallets by extorting people. Three times they have told me they would call me. Whoever leaves their apartment in the hands of these people is making a big mistake. They charge both the owner and the tenant, even if the tenant came from platforms like Idealista, Ya Encontré, Fotocasa, etc. If you post your apartment there, don't doubt that they will come like vultures wanting to manage it themselves. But they are not the only ones. All real estate agencies commit this illegality.

We called and wrote several times and received no response. Finally, days later they replied because I mentioned the situation to my future roommate, and she was able to contact them. The girl handling this sent a voice message to my former roommate saying that: 'I would enter the apartment just like that,' 'that we were driving her crazy'... in a very rude tone of voice. When I found out about this lack of respect, given that all I wanted was to ensure the rental process was clear since I wanted to see if we could reach an agreement, because it wouldn't be normal for me to enter the apartment at the end of the month and pay for the whole month plus the deposit (in the end, it wasn't clear to me if this was how it worked because it was never fully clarified in that audio), I decided to tell the girl that I didn't tolerate the way she referred to me, and she ended up blocking me.

Negative experience: Sin Ánimos de Ofender pero esta inmobiliaria da Pena, fui dos veces a buscar una vivienda de Alquiler y de entrada ya te tratan con prepotencia, te miran de pies a cabeza, y de una te dicen que no calificas, es que ni lo intentan, te dicen que nada es suficiente, cuando si lo es, porque ya lo he comprobado con otras inmobiliarias, pero estas chicas son súper malas en su atención, se supone que se busca una inmobiliaria para que te ayude y asesore no para que te den el negativo apenas entras a la oficina! Se que van a decir que seguramente estoy equivocada o que soy una acosadora jaja, pero es la primera vez que hago una reseña sobre ustedes, y lo hago porque fui personalmente y me hicieron sentir como si no valía nada, y no me parece nada Justo ni decente! Según ustedes no calificaba para un piso de 450€ y resulta que alquile uno de 700 mucho mejor al que ustedes tienen, pero aquí es donde nos damos cuenta que ustedes Profesionales no son!! Podría hasta recomendar otras inmobiliarias en donde si tienen verdaderos profesionales… buen día!

Llamé para preguntar por un piso y la señora que me cogió veo que no entiende que está en un trabajo en el que tiene que tratar con PERSONAS, pues me respondió de muy malas formas desde el segundo 0. Una experiencia nefasta. ACTUALIZACIÓN: veo que han respondido de una manera bastante vergonzosa, una vez más, para un local en el que se dice ser abogado. El artículo 205 y siguientes del Código Penal recoge el delito de calumnias. Igual estaría bien que le echásemos un ojo antes de poner comentarios de tan dudosa legalidad y, sobre todo, de muy mal gusto. Ah, y con nulo fundamento. Que tengan un buen día.

Mi novio y yo, buscando piso,primera visita y quedamos algo contentos con el trato de una de ellas, a pesar de enseñarnos un piso que nada se correspondía con las fotografías. Volvimos a concertar una cita un lunes para acudir un viernes a ver un piso, tras media hora esperando y teniendo que preguntar nosotros qué pasaba que no venía nadie, me da el número de una compañera, ésta me da el número de otro compañero y tras estar esperando y decidir marcharnos me llama este chico que estaba en otro lugar para enseñarnos otro piso...conclusión, desastre de inmobiliaria, ninguna seriedad y nada de profesionalidad. No recomiendo buscar vivienda con este negocio, no es crítica personal, es profesional. Una gran decepción, pensaba que detrás de este negocio había un gran personal pero esta claro que ni siquiera se molestan en intentar entender errores.
