Negative experience: Fatal! I bought a house from them that wasn't completely debt-free, they cut the supply and throw their hands up! Negative experience: Pesadilla de inmobiliario. Trabajan solo para cobrar comisiones. No puedes confiar en ellos. Si tiene un casa para alquilar a otra gente busca otro inmobiliario que seguro son de mas confianza. A mi me han introducido un inquilino (que yo puedo confiar en el 100 %, según sus palabras, pero algunas meses después de firmar el contrato, he parado de pagar la renta y ademas me han robado los televisores , platos, copas hasta las cubiertos!!!) Aunque el contrato estaba solo por un año y después de este año no hemos prolongado el contrato por impagos, el inquilino no he salido de la casa por 6 meses después. Ahora nuestro abogado esta trabajando para recuperar la renta y los daños hecho. Sin ningún perdón de este inmobiliario.
