None of them fulfilled our expectations in terms of professionalism and reliability. Only when we met ACCESS HOME our dream house became true within short time. They have a really great portfolio of real estate, their own team of lawyers, back-office, etc. And they even knew our contact person at the financing bank personally which was absolutely crucial to make the transaction happen. Also after the purchase was done, they were proactively supporting us during the transition period (e.g. change of electricity, water, gas suppliers, etc.) until we settled into our new house. ACCESS HOME really took away the pressure and the team was worth every penny of their fee, that you can not say of most other agencies in the area.
