Absolutament tot el procés ha anat a càrrec d'ells i inclús un cop finalitzada la venda s'han seguit preocupant perquè tot estigués correcte entre el comprador-venedor. Qualsevol immoble ara mateix que necessités una transacció de compra-venda no tindria cap dubte en tornar a contractar-los.
