Negative experience: Regarding the landlord, I am unaware of the management. As tenants, the first days were very good, but since then it's luck if they respond when you have any problems. In our case, it's been a week and a half since we notified them that we did not have hot water in the middle of winter, and we are still waiting for a response. We feel deceived as we were forced to cover the agency fee under the pretext of speeding up all these processes, and it is not happening this way.

Fantastic experience: It is a good real estate agency. I was attended by two different people. One of them is named Cristina, and the other person's name starts with Z, but I don't quite remember the full name. Anyway, both were polite and friendly with me. I have never had luck because all the rental properties I was interested in were already reserved or rented, but at least they communicated that to me and gave me more options.

Negative experience: Tengan cuidado , los comerciales de esta inmobiliaria , son MENTIROSOS cuando haces lo que te indican para hacer la reserva de una vivienda, te mienten , diciéndote que si te la reservan y cuando das una oferta te dicen que si la aceptan , y teENGAÑAN Y MIENTEN , te dan largas para enviarte los documentos pertinentes, y uno ilusionado con que ya empieza los trámites de una nueva adquisición, te salen con que ya la AN vendido . Es engaño .
