Negative experience: At first everything was very good, correct. But then we started to see some non-transparent and strange things... like trying to make us pay the fees when it is the owner's responsibility, insisting that the law only obliges real estate agents and they are a management company. Besides being false information (since the law refers to real estate services), they advertise themselves as real estate agents. Finally, they told us that the owner would take care of the management expenses, but considering the lack of transparency and our values, we felt that they had undermined our trust and decided not to proceed. Since this practice is illegal and reportable. After calling me a liar in response to my review on 11/23/2023, I contacted them by phone and they told me they didn't know exactly what we had discussed with the salesperson. So if you don't know, don't go around saying that I am a liar; I hope that after you find out what was discussed, you correct your response to my review.

Negative experience: Be aware that under the excuse of being a 'management agency', they try to make you pay (as a tenant) for the management expenses that the owner should assume. In the case I know of, for an apartment costing €425 per month, apart from two months under 'various concepts' (like deposit and 'additional' insurance), they also ask for €700 for the 'management' of the property, a legal aberration that is dubious and unthinkable. This presumably directly contravenes the current housing law, as Article 20 stipulates that the landlord is the one who must bear the management and contract formalization costs. They try to disguise it with 'labor, tax, and real estate advice' that you, as a tenant, did not request or require. Ah, and because according to them, 'they can do it.' Of course, I haven't rented the apartment. Be careful that they don't deceive you, as they know they can't do it, but still, they try.

Negative experience: Let's start from the beginning. If we could define this business, it would be poor management without a doubt. They care a lot about collecting payments but little about providing services. They always look out for their own pockets instead of keeping the customer happy, in addition to lying and making excuses. I do not recommend it at all.

Negative experience: SCAMMERS IN EVERY WAY! They showed us a rental apartment and pretend that future tenants pay the fees and management costs ILLEGALLY! It's not like the apartment owner will feel the pinch for paying for services he has contracted. Greedy! They should stop favoring those who already have the most!

Negative experience: Muy descontenta con el trato denigrante y intento de estafa de esta immobiliaria, las trabajadoras no saben ni redactar un contrato del cual cobran al arrendatario 180€! son unos sinvergüenzas, se nota que estan colocadas en un puesto de trabajo para el cual no están cualificadas, ni siquiera les gusta su trabajo... Si ustedes se fijan, las reseñas con buena puntuación las a puesto la propia trabajadora de allí, Andrea Rodríguez Alos, para que vean el nivel de profesionalidad.... MUCHÍSIMO CUIDADO Y VAYAN CON MIL OJOS INFORMENSE PRIMERO, ANTES DE PAGARLES NADA, SON UNOS TIMADORES Y UNOS ESTAFADORES! NO LES DEN DINERO EN EFECTIVO!!!!!

Negative experience: Los únicos que puntúan bien son los propios trabajadores, de clientes ninguno.. Son buenas indicaciones para fiarse de vosotros y no me extraña que os califiquen como tal yo estube de inquilino y se queda corto todo lo que os comentan.

Negative experience: Malísima experiencia alquilando un piso a través de esta agencia. Mentirosas e irrespetuosas. Me intentaron estafar alquiandome un piso con muchos problemas. Ojo con los clausulas de contrato que redactan, son 0 legales.

Y tienen una manera de trabajar muy extraña, no son transparentes, incluso cuchichean a las espaldas con el arrendador del immueble, muy extraño todo! MANTENEROS BIEN LEJOS!!! no son de fiar!

Negative experience: En dos palabras: PATÉTICO y CUTRE, es el servicio que dan. Nada profesional. Cobrar rápido es lo único que si que saben hacer bien. Pero parece que no saben elegir sus trabajadores por su profesionalidad. Es como darle a alguien que ha estudiado periodismo el trabajo de un cardiólogo. No saben ni redactar un contrato, si hay reclamaciones se lavan las manos, y si pueden aprovechan y te cuelan gastos de gestiones que no hacen y luego tienes que arreglartelas tu solo. ACTUALIZACION RESPONDIENDO A LA RESPUESTA CUTRE DE AFYS: Si no hubiese sido cliente vuestra no os podria describir la habitacion de dentro que teneis con una mesa grande redonda que no es visible ni siquiera desde la primera parte de la oficina al entrar. Y luego una habitacion pequeñita donde hay un hombe mayor de pelo cano redactando los contractos con miles de faltas y errores. Os queda claro?
