Negative experience: I signed some documents in Granada, they told me they would send the keys through the bank in 3 days and to call 1 week later, but they still haven't sent the keys. I called them to have them send it by urgent transport and they are not taking responsibility after breaking their word. They don't answer the phone anymore, nor do they respond. Very bad real estate agency, I don't recommend it. I will file a complaint.

Positive experience: As a real estate agency, it's not bad; the only issue is that they take a long time to return your money. In my case, they refunded my deposit two months after I left the property (it was credited on August 29 and I left the property on June 29). All the bills were direct debited from my account, so in addition to not refunding me during that time, I was being charged bills. Furthermore, they charged me bills that I shouldn't have received since they were from before I moved into the property; the amount for those bills also took a long time to arrive, specifically, they credited it on August 22 (some of the bills were charged to me in March, and I was waiting for the money for 5 months). Other than that, communication was fast, and the housing was affordable.

Negative experience: Making a round trip from Madrid/Almería to see a property and this real estate agency not delivering the key that opened the property on a keyring with more than 100 keys, not answering the phone during working hours... such little professionalism and lack of respect for the client. This review will be here until they have the decency to respond. At this point, we still have not received any apology.

Negative experience: Una inmobiliaria deplorable. Con unos contratos basura (para los inquilinos) además de racistas, que no respetan los derechos de las personas. Que nos pusieron un alquiler 160€ más alto de lo que por ley está permitido para los metros cuadrados del piso, y encima con unas justificaciones turbias y poco claras, en fin en fin, nada recomendable, no le pongo 0 estrellas porque el sistema de valoración no lo permite. Pd: ojalá tuviera tiempo y dinero para entretenerme denunciando todas las irregularidades que han cometido contra mi familia.
