Negative experience: Hello, this office is very bad. I had an appointment with a woman named Laura Romero Garcia. I came from Barcelona to Manresa to visit an apartment, and she left me stranded on the street. She does not answer my phone or WhatsApp. You are so bad.

Negative experience: Ridiculous what they ask for renting a room, on Thursday they told me 2 years working at the company, and the salary had to be €1,200. Today the same person who assisted me on Thursday called, saying the opposite: 1 year working at the company and €900 salary, that you would only take that room for 1 month. Knowing the area, which nobody wants, they told me there was no bus stop, and today magically there is one, contradictions. Let the owner keep the room, he will never rent it.

Negative experience: Regarding a long list of mistreatment, bad practices, and negative experiences, I have to highlight that: my deposit was stolen, I was charged two extra months of bills, the owner blocked me on Whatsapp, and they offered me no solution. Avoid this real estate agency if possible.

Negative experience: Poco profesionales , llame para visitar un par de viviendas y nunca me devolvieron la llamada , después de insistir varias veces lo deje por imposible. Id a otra agencia esa es una porquería.

Negative experience: Trato nefasto, el comercial no coge las llamadas cuando tienes problemas con los arrendadores o con el inmueble. Durante más de un año de contrato, no hemos obtenido respuesta a los problemas que hemos tenido en el domicilio, que han sido bastante graves (sin calefacción, frío, goteras…). No recomiendo esta inmobiliaria.

Negative experience: Son muy irrespetuosos, no respetan las visitas ni los horarios.

Negative experience: Hace 4 días reservamos una visita a un piso el cual quedaba a 5 zonas, 2 horas de viaje y al llegar el asesor inmobiliario nos llama que no va a ir porque ya habían echo una reserva. Una vergüenza cómo juegan con el tiempo y el dinero de la gente. Con conductas como está, la misión de la inmobiliaria va a ser vender su propio local, si es que se presentan para mostrarlo.

Negative experience: Buscamos un piso de alquiler amueblado. El trato fue bueno y rápido. Nos enseñaron el piso y estaba bien, pero para limpiar. Pues cuando se hizo la entrega de llaves pensaba que estaria limpio. Pues mi sorpresa fue que seguia sucio, pero aparte abrí la nevera y en la parte del congelador había comida podrida ya que estaba parada. El horno inservible, sucio y oxidado, la campana llena de grasa. Y no se han querido hacer cargo de entregarlo bien, despúes de reclamar.
