Negative experience: I do not recommend this real estate agency to anyone, it has been disastrous, horrible, the worst of the worst. Instead of helping and making the processes easier for a purchase, it has been quite the opposite, hindrances and obstacles along the way, we did not understand anything... according to them (their job ended when they found a buyer for their clients), and that they would go to the notary as a courtesy. I hope the commission we paid to this real estate agency is spent by the responsible person on medicine.

Negative experience: Let me tell you about my experience. I called on February 3rd about an apartment that looked great. They took my details and told me the person who conducts the visits would call me back. After a while, I got a call. I picked up and she said, 'I am from the agency,' 'OK,' I replied. Then she immediately said, 'I have to hang up, I'll call you back later.' Hahaha, as you can hear. The thing is, she called me back and scheduled an appointment. The address of the apartment on Idealista is fake so you won't go see it; it’s the same street but a different number. The photos are an infographic. She gives appointments every 20 minutes, yes, every 20 minutes to see your future home! I got there and found a family at the door who told me that this person had scheduled them at the same time! Hahahahah. We decided to go in together; I was already cracking up. The thing is, she came down, and I asked her how she could schedule us at the same time, and she said, 'I'LL CHECK my calendar'... Hahaha. I replied that SHE was the one who had scheduled me that same morning. The apartment was disgusting, dirty, smelly, with old furniture, broken things, and the so-called agent left with the other family without paying any attention to me. I went into the house, and when they went to see the rooms, I left without saying goodbye. NOT EVERYTHING GOES, gentlemen from the AGENCY! NOT EVERYTHING GOES!

Negative experience: I don't give 0 stars because I can't. I thought I had found the home of my life marketed by WELCOME Madrid Consulting Inmobiliario (WM). I paid and signed the abusive reservation contract because I was sure it was the apartment (with garage) that I wanted. From there, the relationship with WM has been a suffering. They haven't returned the signed contract, I later found out that both properties are heavily mortgaged, they don't send me the basic information to proceed with the Purchase/Sale; but they do send me a deposit contract which is an unacceptable trap. Since I don't sign it, they start sending little information, irrelevant or incomplete; I'm discovering that the properties, which they assured me were in good condition, have structural problems. Overall, I spent an infernal February 2023 because my distrust in WM's behavior was increasing and I feared losing the apartment. In the end, as their bad intentions were evident and to avoid greater harm, I was forced to give up the apartment and the money. I discovered the reason the day after I gave up. They have put the apartment back on sale, but for much more money. This has been the operation of WELCOME Madrid Consulting Inmobiliario; no ethics and deceiving the buyer. Everything I have written I can perfectly prove with emails, documents, etc. By the way, the postal address they put on the internet is false. The post office returned a certified letter I sent them. They are not interested in being located. I add: two of the 5-star reviews are a scam. One is from the director herself and the other must be from her sister since both surnames match. As I said, no scruples.

Negative experience: I have been scammed. No headquarters to contact. No shame and no professionalism. They charged me €5000 in fees for a procedure that 'they' did not want to carry out. There is no way to talk to them.

Negative experience: This real estate agency scammed my father €5000 in fees for a house they never sold to him. They are not reliable, as they do not have a precise or trustworthy address to contact them. We are reporting the situation to the authorities and we still haven't been able to reach them because they are unresponsive. I repeat, do not trust them because they have stolen €5000 from us and we are not willing to stay silent. We just want to prevent anyone else from falling into their traps.

She not only managed to sell the house, but we could do it to the type of family we truly wanted to have in what was our home. Thanks to Welcome Madrid, we managed to sell a home. Not just a house.
